Do you like barely mediocre food served from a buffet? Do you like eating next to a window filled with cobwebs? Then this is the place for you! «Let’s give it another try,» she says. «It’s under new management,» she says. Much to my surprise… The place and meal were just as consistently edible as before. We sat down to eat and I had to force myself to ignore the multiple cobwebs in the window next to where we were eating to keep from getting feeling disgusted. The buffet lacked anything beyond food. Our family made one trip and left as quick as possible. I hope to only go back at the time of the zombie apocalypse. The zombies would probably avoid the place too.

Ein typisches Pizza Hut in Indiana — etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service könnte besser sein und die Salatbar hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Man kann direkt vor der Tür parken.

The service here is generally pretty good for dine-in. Especially if you are lucky enough to get Breanna or Caroline. And for that, I will rate it three stars, but the restaurant is generally not that clean, and the selection resented on the buffet and on the salad bar are not that great… really they are down right strange some times. And the service provided on the phone is usually pretty crappy, oh well u win some you lose some.

So after this wonderful dine in experience we decided a couple days later to call and order two pizzas for carryout. The pizzas we got were at best room temperature and we got there less than 10 minutes after we ordered them so it was not because they sat for a long time waiting on us. I have a feeling that they had some pizzas in the holding area that were already made and they just added the topping that we wanted to it. I called the store and complained and the lady said she could offer us a free pizza in the future and i told her that doesn’t solve the problem of us being hungry right now. So she agreed to remake our pizzas and those were much better. I had written a email to Pizza Hut about my experience and they finally replied back with a generic pre-scripted canned reply. Eventually we did get an email from a live person who said they were sending out free pizza coupons for us. Those have yet to arrive so we will see. I will update in a few days as to if they come or not. If people in the restaurant industry would live by this one philosophy the world would be a better place, it is simple, would you eat the food you just sent out to someone? They would rarely go wrong if they asked themselves that question.

Remember when Pizza Hut used to be good… Yep me too. The crust is obviously not made there anymore it looks like frozen dough. There was too much sauce not enough cheese. The one perk is it was hot. My kids will eat pizza from anywhere so they were happy but a an adult it just makes me sad. Even the salad bar is not good anymore. At least they have remodeled so it is not gross in here anymore.

Decided to try eating inside tonight, and my son suggested Pizza Hut. We went at 4:50pm and arrived at 5:00. There was only one other couple in the place, so we were seated right away. However, we did not see our waitress again. 15 minutes later someone noticed we still had our menus and took our order. We ordered a salad bar, chicken wings, bread sticks, and a pizza. It was weird… they were all brought to the table at different times. Bad planning, bad service, I’m not sure. This Pizza Hut reminds me of pizza stores from the 60’s. No décor, kind of dirty, absolutely nothing special. Food was not bad… maybe a B– to a B, but it’s just a below average place. AND it cost almost $ 35 with tip. Given the mediocrity of the establishment, and the fact that there are a TON of other pizza joints within 10 blocks, I won’t be back. Not mad, just unimpressed a bunch.
