I used to work about two blocks from this place, and I miss it! The goi cuon are so tasty; add some sriracha to the peanut sauce… trust me! Phở is always hot and flavorful and gets to the table quickly. I also love the combination bun noodle bowl. The restaurant can get a little chilly in the winter with the doors opening and closing so I recommend sitting away from the door. Prices are good, especially for large servings. Servers are pretty quick with drink refills.

From the reviews, my colleague and I chose this place as a quick lunch pickup. I placed the takeout order over the phone and it was ready when I arrived. Looking back, I probably should have opted for the phở since it seems like that is the star in past Unilocal reviews. but I had already had phở a couple days ago and take-out phở really is the messiest thing to eat outside of greasy BBQ. I chose the pork banh mi, a side of spring rolls, and a taro slush with boba. I wrongfully assumed that the pork would equal Hong Kong-style BBQ pork, and I was a little sad that the bread was a bit stale, and there were no jalapenos in the banh mi. The peanut sauce that came with the spring rolls was also a bit unique, not bad but not like most of the peanut sauces that I’ve had.

I’m no phở expert but this was good! I really enjoyed my rare steak phở with rice noodles. My second phở experience and this one was superior. Service was pleasant. Atmosphere is kinda typical Asian strip mall. Pay at the counter. If I lived here, this would be a favorite stop I’m sure. Oh yes we had spring rolls. Not cut but absolutely delicious with chicken!

Terrible from the get go… rude unfriendly waiter off tasting shrimp to dry meat in rice noodle bowl… done with this mess.

Love the combo noodle bowl! This phở seems to be fresher and brighter than the other phở restaurants I’ve been to. I’ll be back.

I can’t speak to all the dishes, but the combo rice bowl and phở are always great. Service is laid back, but I don’t mind getting up to pay. No biggie, and once you get to know the family they are super nice.

This used to be our favorite Phở place, but the last year and a half, the service and horrible attitude of the staff has gotten intolerable. A few weeks ago, I decided to give it one more try. My daughter and I and my two grandkids decided to go their for lunch. We walked in around noon, there were only two other tables occupied. Two employees looked at us and turned away without any kind of greeting or acknowledgement, So we chose a booth and sat down. An employee walked over, dropped some really dirty, sticky laminated menus on the table without saying a word and walked away. We already knew what we wanted so waited for someone to return. About three minutes later, a guy came over and looked at us and said ‘you ready’? No smile, no greeting, nothing. We gave him our order, were given water a few minutes later and then the wait began. We waited twenty minutes for our food, again were served without a word and the phở that was served to the kids had no accompaniments whatsoever. We flagged down an employee after a few minutes when it became apparent that none were coming. No apology, he just walked off and came back with some bean sprouts, nothing else, dropped it on the table and walked away. Not one time did we complain or give him any idea that we were disappointed, just smiled and said thank you each time, although he sure didn’t deserve it. This has been happening there every time we go there, and people I work with have said they don’t go there anymore because of how rude the people are that work there. So if you are looking for a great place to have Phở, this isn’t the place. Dirty, sticky tables and menus and RUDE staff. After over ten years of getting takeout for the whole family there, we are DONE. p. s. The Vietnamese girls who do my nails said don’t go there. They don’t like it either.

This is based only on the pork banh mi. What can I say a sandwich is my favorite type of food. The banh mi had the perfect amount of all flavors. The meat was seasoned perfectly. All flavor profiles were there. Sweet, salty, sour, crunchy. This place gets bonus points for opening up at 10 am. I can’t wait to come back and try another banh mi, or even more of the menu.

Went with some work people yesterday and was super happy with my rice dish: 2B. CMÐCBIT: Combination of Grilled Beef, Pork, Chicken, Shrimp, and Egg Rolls Served With Rice. Priced right, tons of food and LOTS of flavor. I’d definitely go back.

We only do take out from here, and the people on the phone are a little brisk, trying to get off the call as quickly as possible. Sometimes I wonder if they took the order correctly, But we’ve never had a problem with our order. Everything we’ve had there: phở, spring rolls, rice bowls, noodle bowls have all been excellent! This is the place to go, and their prices can’t be beat.

Had to get our Phở fix. Gotta love this place, its one of the best i’ve been too and been coming to this one for years. Got me Phở Rare Steak & Brisket along with the Egg Rolls and the GF ordered Phở Rare Steak and Spring Rolls. The broth always has great flavor and the egg rolls are my fav just wish there were more in an order.

Five stars for the phở noodle bowl with brisket. I eat this every time I come here. I should branch out and try something different, but I crave for this. Best phở broth in the area hands down. It’s like being on «alameda and federal» authentic. It’s fresh, served hot and consistently delicious.

Loooove this place! It’s my favorite Phở… phở-the-reals! Tonight the place was hoppin’, but these servers got it goin’ on. They’re attentive to customer needs and rarely leave a glass unfilled. Will be back again, phở-sure!

Phở-tastic! Love this place! This place has been a part of our routine for years when we lived in Colorado. Now visiting, it’s refreshing to know they still put out a great phở and my favorite, combination cold noodle bowl! The iced coffee rocks and a Bobo mocha shake is great for your sweet tooth!

Ok so the phở isn’t as good as my other place but they have the sandwich in the appetizer section that is A-Mazing! I believe it’s called a bánh mì sandwich? I could be wrong so don’t hold me to that, but trust me I’ve been craving that sandwich since I had it. And I don’t even like sandwiches!!!

Why, oh why does every Phở(insert any number less than infinity) restaurant look like a cafeteria at an assistant living home? No décor, no ambience. The mess tent at the 4077th M.A.S.H.unit had more atmosphere, and the food was served with a ladle on tin plates. The portion sizes are big, including the colossal spring rolls. But, the problem is they don’t cut them in half to share, and honestly, what’s that thin layer of mystery meat inside? Add the fact they don’t serve alcohol is a recipe for take out.

This place is probably the best phở place I’ve been to in Denver(I guess technically Westminster?) thus far(n=3). The thing that really stands out though is they gave culantro(ngo gai) whereas the other places I’ve been to, have not. The cha gio were tasty and came to the table fresh out of the fryer and blazing hot. The only weird thing was that instead of lettuce, it came with raw beansprouts. Surprisingly, it worked… but I think I’d still prefer the lettuce. The only thing that kinda bummed me out was that there was no sate(roasted chili oil). Correction, there was none at the table and I did not ask. I’ve noticed that depending on where you are geographically, the Vietnamese restaurants will, as a standard of practice, either set it out on the table or will not. Denver happens to be one of those locales that does not. Next time I’ll ask.

The food is delicious. The portions are big, even with the smalls and mediums. On one takeout and one dine-in visits I have been both satisfied and happy with my food. Don’t expect smiling faces from the staff. I’m not sure they want to be there, but you’ll leave smiling and full.
