Nice layout and selection but the sales staff need to back off. They literally followed me around the store and bugged me every other minute to try this, try that, tell me about sales, and just generally too much talk. A little bit of help is okay but this crossed the line into harrassment. I couldn’t even concentrate on shopping for what I really wanted! Ask once, maybe twice, then leave me alone. If I need help, I will ask! And to top it off I was hounded at the checkout to buy yet MORE stuff. I won’t go in here again..

Really small and doesn’t have quite the selection of a stand-​alone BBW, but the store layout was really easy to navigate and there were two really nice sales associates available to help out. They gave out free samples of lip gloss, which was fun for my inner 12-​year-​old. Lots of products to test, and a sink to wash off anything you didn’t like or if you want to test other products. Not much to complain about!

A really friendly sales associate saved my day. I accidentally ended up with soap on myself (which was labeled a tester and nowhere near a sink!), and she kindly led me back to a sink near the register. To my relief, she said this has happened to a ton of people. But… it also begs the question, why the heck do you have a soap tester at the front of the store?! haha.
