I was shopping here for a gift. After completing an outfit of $ 340.00 the associated talked me into some clearance shoes. They were the wrong size so I brought them back and the lady said «oh the problem is these are final sale!» First I was told of this! She looked at me with snobby eyes and said «sorry!» Wow Ann Taylor, for a $ 20 pair of non returnable shoes, you lost this customer! I spent $ 340 too much at your store!

I was running late one day and needed to pick up a work shirt on the go instead of running home. I stopped in, they found me what I needed, & were nice enough to steam it for me. Really helpful & sweet ladies!
The clothes are a bit pricey but as Renee mentioned below, they are excellent basics.
