I bought a deal on living social for a 4 hour home cleaning. The company canceled the night before our scheduled appointment and then were unable to reschedule until the next week. An hour before they were supposed to come for the rescheduled cleaning they sent me a text message stating they would no longer be able to do my cleaning at all and to request a refund through living social. Very poor customer service and unprofessional as all communication is done through text messaging and they seem unable to keep committed appointment times.

Bad customer service. Will only communicate via text. Takes forever to schedule and after waiting 2 weeks, they now cancelled my appt. Excuses — I will take my business elsewhere. B
