Nice folks with reasonable prices. They took down a small hornets nest in no time for a reasonable fee. A good reason to go with the local guys.

We have been clients for 7 years. They always follow-​up to set the appointment, sometimes needing multiple calls to get us to make time in a double-​income family. They’re always responsive when we ask them to make a special trip. They always work with us to schedule service at a time convenient to us. Their prices are also reasonable. I recommend Jones without hesitation.

Always, always, always get multiple estimates. People have been saying this for years and here is a great example. We recently had a very expensive new roof installed on our home. In the process the roofers uncovered what they said was active termite activity. Yikes!
What’s a homeowner to do? I called the big name in pest control. You know the one. Their name begins with a «T.» A very nice guy said yup, termites. A cure would be $ 2200+. Yikes again!
Our second estimate was from Jones. Another very nice guy Chuck (Charles Applegate) inspected our property thoroughly and basically said out roofers were full of crap. No termites but a minor deal with carpenter ants that was cured when we installed the new roof.
Here was a guy that’s in the business of selling a service and he tells me I don’t need him. Businesses that are that honest deserve to be recognized and maybe this review will help.
I may not need Jones now but you can bet they will be my first call if I ever have a pest control problem in the future!
