while the building is lovely, with a nice community, great staff, dog friendly, two things give it a 1 star.
1) the interior design is insane, with poorly placed light fixtures, cheap cabinetry, and constantly breaking plumbing. It is overpriced for the market and location.
2) the landlords are unresponsive, rude, and lie and change their minds about issues frequently. they treat different tenants differently with no rhyme or reason. They are habitually difficult and unhelpful, if you can even get in touch with them.
