I was told there was an hour wait and the one person working was incredibly rude. Not about to wait around for that kind of service in a dingy location. It’s a shame too, this neighborhood is in need of a good and clean nail salon.

Went in to get a sweet and simple waxing and that is exactly what I got for only $ 6 plus tip. Cash only though! The place isn’t the best looking — but honestly I do not care as long as they get the job done and it doesn’t cost a fortune! Will return.

Worst gel French manicure I have ever gotten in my life. The beautiful precise and delicate designs on the wall which he claims he does on an acrylic tip made me believe this French manicure would be a walk in the park but this is horrifying. I got my nails done five mins ago and I cannot stand them that I need to either remove the gel nail polish or cover it. No consistency in the white tip applied. The thickness varies and the quality is at best plane shitty. AND, when he filed my nails he messed them up so they are of different shapes and lengths. It was icing on the cake to have him repeat 25 dollars three times while I looked at my nails after he finished them as if I were going to rob him. I did pay the man but will not be returning. Wow. My nails look like I got them done by a three year old who has not yet gained fine motor function. :(

It’s lacking in décor and rather depressing looking… a touch dirty… but they get the job done. They’re professional and efficient and the price is right. They don’t have the best selection of nail polish. Some of it looks like it’s been there since 1980.

I know this place is a bit grimy and they don’t stand for fanciness, but I will tell you this is the best mani pedi I have had since being in NY. Tony(I think that’s his name) gave me the most thorough pedicure since I started getting my nails done, including pumice-ing the crap out of my feet and shaving off dry skin(yep, they aren’t scared to get down and in there). I have never had a manicure last 2 weeks without chipping(it lasted for about a week and 3 days before it started to really chip), but they did the trick somehow. My toes from two weeks ago are still fine, and I just got my mani redone yesterday. $ 19 for a mani-pedi, $ 6 for a mani… can’t really beat that. Plus they know what they’re doing, and they don’t engage in unnecessary conversation. I don’t know, I like them, despite the griminess.

At $ 13 I found the price for a pedicure to be reasonable. Service was adequate. Quick and efficient although: –I’d brought my own implements and he chose to use some of them but preferred not to work with others. –He also didn’t apply basecoat until I reminded him.

After getting my nails totally screwed down the street by Happy Nails, I was saved by Bob here. He is super nice and fast, and does not like overcharge you for a service that you did not ask for. Most of their business is done with acrylic tips/fills and waxing. Pink and white is also available. I was able to get my acrylic fills done here in record time and they are excellent quality. He is even thew in a free design of black tips with a black line. Also, I got a pedicure and requesting razoring. The outcome was exactly what I hoped for. Don’t come here for décor or atmosphere. It is lacking in that area. But, expect some good conversation if you speak Mandarin, Cantonese, or Malay. Cash only.
