CLOSED This breaks my greedy little heart. Lasting memories include the fully loaded fries and«surf and turf» sandwich. I will miss your taste and smells. I will miss all of you, going in me and out of me. HEARTSFOREVERTOYOU, 4THAVEWHITECASTLE!!!

This location would be better if they had the crispy jalepeno sliders. Th regular jalepeno sliders are too soggy.

Like any White Castle, this location serves those cute little addictive one bite burgers. The reason I’m writing this review is really about the location. If you plan on coming here, be prepared to walk into a small space where you order. It’s probably 4×8 feet at the most. I think it’s to protect the employees from the drunks that appear at 4am in the morning. Anyhow, the workers are a tad slow so make sure you have your phone with you so you can past the time surfing the web or texting a friend.

White Castle rocks!!! Just don’t bother getting anything but the burgers and fries, the chicken rings(buffalo version) are just regular chicken rings with buffalo powder, it is absolutely horrible. Also I just want to give my fellow white castle eaters a heads up this location will have 25 cent sliders on May 29th from 2am to 4am. It would have been selfish of me not to tell.

It’s sad. I am a fan. It’s sad, I had a cheeseburger. How can I come to NY and NOT have a white castle? It’s impossible. Ordered a sack of onion rings, 5 cheeseburgers and 3 hamburgers. I know it’s gross and I shouldn’t like it, but man alive, it is so good. So damn tasty. Food comes out rather quickly and you can’t beat the price.

I’ve waited most of my adult life to finally have that«ah ha!» moment and close the loop on any unexplained elements of Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle that I’d previously not understood, and now, I finally have clarity. There’s a reason these cats were chain smoking reefer the entire movie; this ish is absolutely disgusting. You’d have to be darn near comatose from THC overexposure to even contemplate swallowing this stuff. What would NPH do?

White Castles by their very nature are pretty scummy but this one is especially so. It’s just a drive through and a walk up window seperated from the person taking your order by plexiglass. There are no tables or stools(inside or out). Their highly caloric adictive food options are good but pretty pricey if you think about how a single cheeseburger slider is almost the same price as a regular cheeseburger from McDonalds. Still the food is good, and this place is fine if you’re getting something to go, just don’t expect this location to be a safe feeling eat-in location.

I wish they had more White Castle available, especially on the West Coast. This is the 2nd White Castle which we’ve been to in NYC. A lot better than the first one which we ate at. This one is next to a police station, so you know you’re safe. Unlike the White Castle at your Local Grocery Store’s Freezer section, this place has more options, combo’s and family packs. A burger, fries and drink for under $ 3 that’s hard to find in Cali… As far as I can remember they had good and fresh burgers. It’s not just a plain cheeseburger. Since I no longer eat anything that goes moo I still recommend u try it out. This time opted for the mozzarella sticks and fries. Both good for a fast food place. My boyfriend had the double bacon cheeseburger, which he loved.

White Castle is just like another franchise. The burgers are small enough that you can finish it within a few bites. The employees take their time making the food. Last time, my friends and I order approximately 20 burgers and some fries and it took the employees 10minutes or more to give us our food. Overall, you get what you paid for.

We had the late nite munchiez and this was the spot, unfortunately it was snowing and there was already about 2 feet of snow blocking the drive-thru. We had to get out the car and walk inside. Talk about the size of a jail cell, there was no room to sit and eat. ONLY take out orders. We waited for 2 crave cases of 30 cheeseburgers and 30 hamburgers. The food was DELICIOUS!!!

This particular white castle is fucking VILE. Last time I was here, a roach crawled sllloooowwwwly across the counter between me and the lady takin the money. we both looked down and watched it until it disappeared beneath the cash register. I sitll paid and ate the food, but I made myself throw up later.

I alway wanted to try White Castle but there were never any in California. I only ate the frozen one and watch it on t.v. Anyway I finally got my chance to try them and I had to say it is pretty dam good. I pick this over Mcdonald hamburger anyday beside the Egg Sausage McMuffin but I try i will go get some more tomorrow before headed back to Vermont.

I seriously love White Castle hamburgers and intend to review every one that I have been to. This seems to be one of the better locations. No matter what time of day burgers seem to always be freshly made. Not that reheat the frozen crap some places try. I get really annoyed while some places do that, just use the steam technique, not cook the burger right there on the grill. White Castle has good Fries as well, of course not food crack like Mcdonalds fries but still.

I’m from the West Coast, and I never thought I’d ever see a White Castle after watching Harold & Kumar, so when I visited NY, I really wanted to visit one. These burgers aren’t really that much different than those cheap McDonald cheese burgers(the ones that are less than a dollar… maybe they cost more than a dollar now with this economy, but I wouldn’t know). I don’t remember what I thought of the fries, but that sums up the place… not that memorable.

My drunk ass ordered 10 burgers. I dont know how it all happened. First we arrived at JFK then we went out, and before I know it I’m speaking Arabic at 4am to the cab driver, who is trying to seduce my girl in the front seat, who graciously and hornily killed the meter bc we wanted drive thru and he thought he was getting something more than some White Castle. I didn’t know it came w ketchup — if I did it over again I would have no ketchup no pickles and more of the sauces. I love the buns — it tastes so much better than the frozen versions in CA. The chicken and fish are good crispy friend indulgences. The fries are good. How the window woman stays smiley and friendly is a mystery — maybe she gets free food. I could only eat 5. You knew I was a heffer, but 10? Maybe if I wasn’t drunk.

This place has good fries. These fries rate SECOND best –right after Nathans. If you can’t get to Nathan’s for fries, come here to White Castle. This is the only fast food place that sells CRINKLECUT fries, while all the other fast food places sell those skinny, little, almost invisible string fries. Also, the best Ice Tea, slightly sweet, but all that delicious.

Yes, Your Honor, throw away the key because I am guilty… of love in the First Degree!!! Other things I am guilty of because we were at White Castle at 5am: — Guilty of perpetuating stereotypes while waiting for our food. Hey, the dude looked like a homeless person, I didn’t know he was actually an employee cleaning the driveway. — Guilty of stealing this joke from my front seat passenger: Maybe they should call it «Wait Castle» because the order took so long. Get it, because we had to wait? — Guilty of breaking my diet. Don’t worry, Valerie Bertinelli, I am going back on the wagon as soon as possible. Most likely 2013. — Guilty of asking for NO pickles. God, who knew that having the pickles taken out would lead to civil uproar via text messages the next day? As for the food itself, it’s White Castle so you know what you’re getting. But if you’re not from here, let’s say the Midwest, then you don’t know what you’re missing. Sliders, 2″ by 2″, which are steamed to perfection, topped with fried onions and cheese and, usually, pickles. Along with french fries and a medium Coke, it don’t get any better than that. And yes, that is grammatically incorrect, but I don’t care. Yes indeed, dirty IS the new delicious.(TM Tina M)

coming from the west coast, there was one place i heard that i must MUST go to: White Castle. i had to try it at least once, despite the many drunken evenings i’ve had defrosting those burger morsels straight from the box i bought them in from smart and final. the burgers and cheese burgers were a little over $ 0.50, so it was wallet friendly. you could order a 4 burger meal with fries and a drink for less than $ 5. that’s a pretty sweet deal. the individual burger boxes were cute. i love presentation. i thought though, that there would be a flavor difference between«smart and final frozen» WC burgers and the real deal. but no. someone should have told me the light at the end of the tunnel wasn’t so bright. it would have saved me a trip. the food, altogether wasn’t necessarily bad — but it definitely wasn’t good.
