I made an appointment 2 weeks prior and explained visit was for teeth extraction, deemed necessary for braces. The dentist then sends his manager in to say he isn’t doing this procedure and he can refer me elsewhere but when I needed a tooth implant he was more than willing to preform surgery because it was not covered by insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket, which may I add totaled 5,000. This dentist is looking for cases that pay the most money. If his not making a profit from the insurance companies he will not provide service. I will never go back again.

I waited about 20 minutes to be seen in a crowded but pleasant waiting room. Patients were constantly coming in and out of the back area without bloodcurdling screams, so I guess that also put me at ease. Plenty of gossip rags to read or blaring TV with talk show to let you veg out before they lead you into the typical routine of taking x-​rays and poking around your teeth to see how your fillings are holding up.
Clean, modern equipment everywhere. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff and receptionist. The cleaning is not used with the old-​school scraper but with the sonic waterpic, so if you want to go medieval torture devices, this isn’t the place for you. The doc was straightforward, efficient and easy to talk to. I was in and out in 45 minutes for my first visit. I’ll be back in six months for my next cleaning with bells on!

I went here for two years for my regular cleaning. Service was okay. My husband required more in depth work last year and we found out that they charge the insurance companies all that they can (to an excess). When my husband required anything outside of cleaning, it was not covered because they had already charged our insurance company the $ 1000 limit. They also recommended major surgery to my husband. after several 2^nd opinions from other doctors who deemed it not necessary we realized that this doctor was trying to scam us. They also were always recommending that I have an expensive whitening done. I only trust that this dentist is out to get all of the money he can from me or my insurance. In search of a new dentist…
