Just taking this time to acknowledge great customer service dealing with the sales representative name Kelvin. Have dealt him on many occasions and his professionalism is one of a kind. I have dealt with Lyncoln once and It was the worst experience ever. I also have friends who dealt with Lyncoln and said they rather take the business elsewhere and I’ve urge them to deal with Kelvin who works on Wed, Thurs and Fri. To make a long story short if you want bad customer service deal with Lyncoln good customer service deal with Kelvin.

My experience at VIP didn’t start off perfect at all. I didn’t have much faith that VIP was going to take care of me a customer. I had a bad experience with a salesman from their store and posted a review on Unilocal explaining my issue. Once the review was read by the store staff at VIP the issue was brought to the attention of Mike(Owner) and Tony(Store Manager) and Tony contacted me immediately and asked me to explain the issue. Tony not only took care of the issue right away but also assured me as a customer VIP appreciated my business. After getting off the phone with Tony I was surprised to receive a call from Mike M asking me about the outcome and assuring me that VIP takes care of all of their customers and invited me down to the store to meet with him. After all of this I must say everything I heard about and read about VIP is true, they do really appreciate all of their customers. In this business finding fair DJ equipment retailers is tough and finding owners that care a lot about their business is tougher. Mike, Tony, and the entire staff at VIP really work hard to make every customers experience amazing and I want to be the first person to say I experienced it and go down to the store and experience it yourself.
