Usually i am one to let things roll off my back. We are all human. But since the main lady has left the last 3 times I have dropped of my laundry there it has been a disaster. First time my laundry was just about to be put in the dryer after dropping it off 8 hours earlier. Second. It had 20 minutes left in the dryer. Since I had gone in extra early giving them 9 – 10 hours after asking to make sure that If I picked it up at 7 or 8 it would be ready. Still was not. I waited and just folded it myself. I live a mile away and did not want to walk home and come back later. My sheets were in there. THIRDTIMEWASTHEWORST! I got there early, asked the guy I had not sen working there before if he thought it was possible to have this done by 7 pm. A full 11 hours after drop off. When I arrived my clothing was distributed in to 5 other peoples laundry bags. I sat in the back rummaging thru multiple laundry bags till I acquired all my things. The woman was on the phone speaking at high volume while just staring at me. She started grabbing clothes that were not mine and Started to put it in my bag. I said please just let me do it. Those are not mine! I had previously had awful experiences at other places that let me to Vanderbilt even tho it is a mile from my apartment. I have since been doing my own laundry, just getting up extra early before my 12 hr work day. I gotta say, I feel extra productive and safe knowing no one else is touching my stuff anymore. And I no longer have massive amounts of single socks!

Fine laundromat, a bit more expensive than my normal one on Underhill, but with slightly better hours(but seriously, why no late night places?) but the phone number listed here doesn’t work.

Being able to drop your laundry off, do whatever it is you’re gonna do with your time, and then come back to well-folded clean clothes … is amazing. And this place does it really well for a price that isn’t that much more than doing the laundry yourself. Highly recommended.

It’s not just a good laundromat, it’s a great place to catch up on all the best judge shows and true-crime-related news magazines. This place is clean and reliable, but if you’re doing your own laundry it’s best to come before 11am, otherwise you may have to elbow a few people out of the way as you fight for the dryers. And stay away from dryer 22! It’s haunted by the ghost of Non-Drying Clothes.

Just started coming here(picking up my second installment of wash and fold today) and they do an incredible job! Went to another place down the street advertising their wash ‘n fold services in the window(you wouldn’t know this place does it unless you walked in) and wasn’t incredibly happy — my stuff came back in a garbage bag instead of the bag I took it in(though the reusable bag was inside). Went here, and the stuff came back in my bag, and was expertly folded, smelled wonderful, and they provided same-day service even though I didn’t get it in til around 2PM. All in all, a wonderful place, worth the money to avoid the hassle of doing your own laundry!

Crap. The woman here turned off my machine at 8:05, because they close at 8. But there is no sign telling you when the last load needs to be in by, so I strolled in at 7:15 thinking I had plenty of time to spare. I had to take my stuff down the street in the rain. I’m never going here again. What is wrong with laundromats in this neighborhood? People work until 6 or 7.
