I’ve been to the other Louie G’s in Williamsburg and figured I would try out this location. Maybe its just me but I feel this one gives bigger scoops. I got a scoop of Brooklyn Cheesecake on a sugarcone and it was HUGE! And it was a small. My friend got a large and lets just say he needed a cup to go with it because it was melting faster then he could manage to eat it! The ice cream itself is delish and you get HUGE scoops for the price. Highly recommend you stop in for some ice cream!

Holy moley frozen ice orgasm Batman!
Ridonkulously delicious ices and so many flavors! Cheap too and they pack the cup full.
We feasted at one of the terrific Polish joints a few blocks away the other night, but saved some room to waddle over here for dessert. Super friendly gals working the counter of this small window only spot that let us try a bunch of flavors before settling on a few. The Coconut Crave and Black Razzberry were insanely good.
Enjoy a great dinner at one of the fine Polish restaurants in the area, but skip dessert and come here for a real treat.

I’ve been eating Uncle Louie G’s ices for years. Being lactose intolerant limits your frozen treat choices. That’s why I’m glad there is Italian Ice.
I always get the sugar free Italian ices so the guilt feels a bit less… notice I said only a bit!
Sugar free cherry and chocolate ice has been my go-​to flavors for a long time. That is why I was glad to see Uncle Louie G on Manhattan Ave. My bf and I were walking in Greenpoint and nothing feels better than having an Italian Ice to cool you down at the end of a long hot summer day.

Chocolate & cherry sugar-​free ice– delicious and refreshing!

Awesome place to hit up during those unbearable summer days and nights, or anytime really… The ices are supes good and the staff are friendly and efficient. (The big burly ice man let me sample many flavors without getting visibly annoyed) They have tons of flavors and recently put up sundae specials which look pretty good. Def gonna go back and try those, I have my eye on «white nite».

Although not as creamy and mind blowing as artisinal ice cream shops, this is a solid go-​to (and cheap) ice cream/​italian ice window. Their range of flavors is great – Peanut Butter Cookie Dough italian ice is perfect!

The cherry chip icee is SO GOOD. This place is perfect for those hot days when you’re really thirsty but want something cheap and delicious too. Super nice staff, quick service, and very generous portions. There are SO many flavors too! I’ll be coming back again and again :)
