Wow! This gym is amazing! I work out regularly and I can attest that these classes are challenging. Walked out feeling like I got my butt kicked, but totally what I needed. Samantha is incredibly motivating and knowledgeable. The high intensity interval training is definitely where it’s at. Great space, nice equipment and in my neighborhood to boot! Thank you, Samantha! Can’t wait to start my unlimited pass!

I’ve been long overdue for a review! Well first, this is NOORDINARY ‘GYM’. The amazing ladies that run this place know all their clients by first name. I’ve trained with Samantha before she opened up her new facility as a private client, and she is nothing short of exceptional! When I heard she opened up her own facility I just HAD to join. I have had all sorts of gym memberships, trained with other trainers, tried at-home programs, but nothing has gotten me the results I’ve wanted except Triple Threat. Aside from the amazing physical results I am getting training here, it also makes you mentally stronger. There is no such thing as «I can’t». Every day is new challenge, no class is the same, so there is definitely no plateauing. You will leave here drenched in sweat every single time. Samantha’s drive to see you succeed in your fitness journey will make you look forward to being here every day. They also have a great weight management department to provide nutritive guidance as well, which is a MAJOR factor in any fitness journey. I simply just love this place.

Do you like workout exertion? Is your motto at the gym«One more rep?» Are you ready for your ass to be handed to you? Well, if you are, TTBC is the place for you. First a note: I moved to Brooklyn from Chicago a few months ago and one of the things I miss most about Chitown is the gym. I had the best gym — location, instructors, schedule, etc. I had it all. But I traded Chi livin’ for an Empire State and although NYC is supposed to have a the best classes, so far I’ve realized through doing ClassPass that a lot of things are hit or miss, because there are so many options. Anyway, TTBC kicked my ass. Specifically, I took Total Body Attack and the workout is in a circuit format and has different stations, with some initial warm up and group strength at the beginning. It is good for all levels because you can keep things at your pace but I do think you should probably have some experience working out. The staff is super friendly, the instructor is motivating, and the music is great. If you love bootcamps, strength training with a bit of cardio burst, and total body workouts, I highly recommend. Seriously go… go and get your ass handed to you.

TTBC has been as transformational an experience for me that it can be; it’s a great facility, it’s clean; there service is impeccable. It’s a family own business by 3 classy ladies. Samantha has taken my sights way beyond what any gym can offer me that it’s not even close. I just did a hike to the top of El Pico Duarte in DR; it’s the highest mountain in the Antilles it’s 3082 meters above sea level; if it wasn’t for TTBC there was no way I’ve would’ve made that hike in 1 ½ days. Thnx again TTBC.

I found Triple Threat boot camp on Instagram and I couldn’t be any happier that I did you’ll never be disappointed the work outs are always on point it’s a family owned business everyone is friendly and helpful when you sign up you become apart of their family and they support you through your fitness journey it definitely pushes you to keep going.

I found Triple Threat Boot Camp on Classpass and I have to say I am so happy I found this place. Samantha is amazing and motivational. Each time that I went to a class, the workouts have been different. I plan on purchasing an unlimited package(Classpass only allows you to attend the same studio 3x a month), that’s how much I love this place! I highly recommend if you’re looking to get fit and challenge. The staff is very sweet and wonderful. It’s a very welcoming place and you won’t feel any intimidation.

I’ve been working out for three years now and was trained by a few celebrity trainers but our schedules were off. I signed up for a local gym(PF) but rarely attended, wasn’t motivating. I’ve been searching for a trainer and facility to fulfill my fitness needs and goals. I took one class with Samantha(trainer) and signed up for the year! She is AMAZING! Her energy and motivation is exceptional and the music is fantastic. Needless to say I cancelled my membership elsewhere and no longer are in search for the«perfect» trainer. Triple Threat Bootcamp is a wonderful facility(clean, spacious, shower stalls and towels) with a friendly staff who address their clients by first name and are genuinely welcoming. Health and fitness is their priority and they truly care about your wellness. I’m super satisfied in choosing Triple Threat Bootcamp, investing in my health is a must!

I came for a free class. It was a very good pilates class. My legs are still burning and i did this class two days ago. Recommended it to my power fit sister who says she will take a gander there for the upcoming new year when she is done with her Trainer Brad lol.

I found TTBC via ClassPass, and in the 12 months I’ve been on CP, it’s the first time I’ve thought about switching out to a full time membership with one gym. I have not completed the same workout twice. Every class has been different, interesting and challenging. Samantha(the instructor) seriously knows her stuff, is motivational and will kick your butt! I’ve been able to do things here I have not done elsewhere. Great space(big open windows for natural light), great equipment(sled track! TRX!). Workout and shower towels. The girls remember your name, the music is great, the smiles a’plenty. Highly recommend!

Honestly, Triple Threat Bootcamp is unlike any fitness facility I have ever seen. The space is absolutely beautiful and the warmth shown by the staff is refreshing especially in a big city like New York, known for its everyday hustle and bustle. At Triple Threat Bootcamp they make it a habit to get to know their clients on a personal level [making sure to remember names, details, and taking note of individual goals] working diligently to provide support and encouragement to each client in meeting said goals. It’s these small gestures that truly make every member feel as though they are part of a family when they walk through the doors at Triple Threat Bootcamp. I have learned so much about health and wellness from Aileen during her presentations and overall insight regarding any question I have while at the facility. My nutritional assessment with Christine was mind-blowing, for the first time I was taking a serious look at my health. She was able to explain things and provide understanding in ways doctors had never done for me before. I left that meeting with a new perspective and eager to set my new lifestyle plan in motion. Lastly, I am convinced Samantha is one of a kind. To train with her is simply a blessing. The energy she continuously brings in the room leaves me in awe each time. After just one session, it is evident that this is a woman who knows what she is doing and loves what she does. If anyone is looking to join a fitness facility or develop a healthier lifestyle plan, look no further because it truly does not get better than Triple Threat Bootcamp.

Subpar facility mixed with rude customer service. DEF not a desirable place to workout. There are sooooo many options in the neighborhood, this place should rethink its approach.
