I’ve been patronizing Touch for years. Never had an issue. Didn’t mind the increase in prices because I know I’m getting what I pay for. My gel mani/​pedi has lasted a month. Not because I wanted it to but because this particular instance, I couldn’t make my bi-​weekly visit. Tina or Coco usually do my eyebrows. If neither of the 2 are available, Cindy does a good job. Amy, Coco, Cindy or Tank usually do my mani/​pedis. Excellent and satisfactory job every time. Coco gives great spa services. I will always be a Touch customer for the reasons stated above.

I only let one technician do my nails. Period. I’m not willing to risk anyone else. They are clueless. However, MY technician has never let me down. If she’s not there I leave.

Been coming here for a few months now only because I can’t make it to my regular spot in crown heights. Its a nice spot but I wouldn’t make this my home.
I only have Tank do my nails. He takes his time and he’s gentle wit my hands. I hear ppl rave bout Tina and her husband doing good nails but eh, ill pass. I had her husband do it the first time I came and I wasn’t impressed.
Cindy or Wendy are the best when it come to doing feet. I’ll only let them do it.
Other than that, they alright. Pricing is no different from when I go to my other spot ($ 36 mani $ 15 pedi)

They were ok when first opening but once the salon was renovated, the quality of service quickly plummeted. There are constant price increases without notifying the customer (s), on top of poor sanitary practices. They now charge an additional fee for «one time use» tools (Emory board, file) but near ask the customer if they’d like to keep it. That’s because they clean and reuse it (we’re no fool). As friendly as Tina and her husband are, their staff should follow suit. The staff, mainly the ones giving the pedicure and manicures in the back are VERY RUDE! After supporting the salon from there grand opening, I will not return and I’m sure wise folks will do the same!

I actually came here on Friday night. Although Unilocal says they close at 9 pm they do not. I walked in around 8:30 and they did not let me in despite me being a customer. Luckily the nail salon across the street was open so I gave them my money instead. Now that’s great customer service !

Clean, quick and accommodating. What more can you ask for?
I started coming here after years of going to Q nails across the street. They were very happy to take take me in and very quickly did what Q very rudely refused to provide. I am thrilled and happy to have found them. They have a large team of manicurists and they work diligently. The interior was recently redone to add new manicurists bars as well as new pedicure chairs and tubs. I would recommend them to anyone for quick and painless beauty!

I follow touch on Instagram and they do a lot of funky nail designs. I decided to stop by and give them a shot.
This is not the salon to feel pampered. It feels very drab with the dark paint and lack of energy from the staff– everyone was taking a nap when I came. They must work very long hours. The salon needs some life.
I got a gel manicure and pedicure, so far it looks great and was inexpensive. My tech spoke good English and honored all my request. They have an assortment of very pretty colors to choose from.
Oh and they get props for having Sam Smith on the playlist.
I would return and be delighted with my inexpensive services.

Dismal at best. Highly unsanitary conditions, should be shut down by the health department. Got a gel manicure here two days ago and it’s already falling apart. I would never recommend this place for anything

Whenever I’ve been here the service has been great. The nail tech I had helped me as I wasn’t sure what design to get, she came up with something perfect. I do not live near here and came at my friends recommendation. When I want something special, I’ll go here.

I been here about two weeks ago and I must say that I really enjoyed my experience. I live in queens and it’s hard to find the best nail spot. But this nail salon right here is by far the best I been to.
