Just ordered from them during the blizzard… got food poisoning. Never going back to this place again. Everyone stay away!!!

Been waiting on delivery for 2 hours now. Called repeatedly only to be told it was on the way. Would’ve been faster to walk over and order at the counter.

Quick, cheap, variety and decent food quality — and that’s the quickest way I can describe Top Soft Taco and Top China. At first glance, the restaurant looks like it serves many of the typical«bootleg Chinese» food options you find at many other«bootleg Chinese» restaurants. However, after you take a glance at their menu, you will see you are very mistaken. The restaurant has 2 menus, one for Chinese food and the other for Tex-Mex. I don’t know how such a small restaurant can cater to such a MASSIVE menu, but there are options galare! Honestly, it’s one of the largest menus I’ve ever seen, in terms of number of items. To my surprise, they listed many Chinatown-style dishes, so those piqued my curiosity. The foot traffic is pretty consistent and they have a good number of customers, so they get pretty busy — especially for takeout orders. The restaurant has a few tables, but nothing out of the ordinary. As for food, it was average to me when compared to other restaurants of their kind. I’ve ordered the Enchiladas from the Top Soft Taco menu and I’ve also had the Roast Pork Egg Foo Young from the Top China menu. The Enchiladas were OK, but I wasn’t a fan of the cheese as it was melted onto the Enchiladas and got a bit too hard for my liking. It was served with rice and beans and a side of guac. They were all just OK. The Roast Pork Egg Foo Young wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but wasn’t the worst either. I’m accustomed to getting 3 pieces to an order, but they only gave 2, which was a bit of a disappointment. However, for my arteries sake, it might’ve been a good thing. Overall, I’m very surprised at the number of items on their menu, which provides for good variety. The menu variety is great if you’re ever in need of a quick cheap snack, but don’t expect anything spectacular in the food quality.

Decent food. Nothing rave about, but good enough to satisfy hunger. However, you have to make sure to tell them to bring utensils, if you’re ordering out.

The steak soft shell tacos are amazing! They seem like they handle the food professionally. I don’t think I’ve heard a bad thing about their food and its taste. I would’ve given them a 4 or a 5-star if they did a deep cleaning of the dining area. The window is dusty with fake ferns collecting dust and grease. I think they would really bring in more money if they classed it up a bit. That’s how well their cooking is. Change up the awning and really clean in there and get a better filtration system to suck out the smoke from dining area.

Food was good. Got soup and chicken with broccoli. Chicken soup was good yet it needs a touch bit more salt yet besides that salt part it was good for my taste. Though the chicken in the soup was very pale and weird it tasted just as it looked alone but it still complimented the nice soup! On the chicken with broccoli side it My grandpa ordered the beef with mushrooms and he just loved it with the white rice. Over all I give this place a nice 4 stars! Will come back!

This place is solid! Since I lost my favorite chinese place(China Max), myself and my family have been looking for some kind of a replacement that comes close. This place had great chicken chow fun and chicken broccoli. The price is cheap as well and they have an A rating which is important to me. If I found their pan fried noodles and lo mein as good as China max’s was(I dont) then they would be getting five stars. Either way this place is worth a visit!

Ever since China Max closed down, the search for another decent Chinese food place has been tough. This place is decent for dishes like chicken chow fun and lo mein. This is the bf’s go to place. It’s pretty good, cheap and at least it’s close to home. We seem to make it here at least once a week for him and it’s been consistent which is nice. Never tried the«taco» side. Will make it a point to try it sometime.

Not sure what people expect when they go to a fast food joint. It’s like saying McDonald’s doesn’t live up to your culinary expectations. Again, let’s just make this clear, in case no one has — this is Chinese/Tex-Mex fast food — not Le Cirque. A better comparison — it’s not the family style Chinese restaurants that have a bigger and better menu. Ultimately, people go here looking for cheap, fast food Chinese. The service is quick and efficient, even friendly. The food is good — both Tex-Mex and Chinese — and much better than a lot of other fast food I’ve tried. I think when someone says it’s the worst food they’ve ever eaten, they haven’t eaten at a lot of places. The menu doesn’t differ from any other similar eateries, though I have noticed there are burgers now(lots of teens in the area so I know who they’re targeting).

China/tex mex not at it’s best. The Chinese food is so so while the tex mex is pretty good. If you eat here better off getting the tex mex. Tacos are pretty good. Service is fast and staff are friendly.

One of the better local Chinese(rating for Chinese) takeouts catering to non-Chinese palates. I especially like the hot & sour soup, cold sesame noodles and Singapore chow mei fun. As is the norm around here, dumplings are way too doughy. The Tex-Mex is weak, much of it topped with gross cheese melted in a microwave. I do like the tostada salads, served in a big bowl made of fried egg roll wrapper. Generally enough seating there, but it can get hectic.
