So Tony Roma’s is a big fat hell to the no for me, I’m not sure if it’s because it was national margarita day and the drinks were $ 2 because of that why the service was depressing but I sat, and I sat, and I sat, got the menu, and I sat some more. no water no service, just sitting… I finally got some attention, maybe I please have 2 margaritas and please may I have some buffalo chicken, that actually came fast but I didn’t enjoy the Thai Asian buffalo not my fav… but once I was done that sat and sat and sat and sat some more sat for damn near an hour before I had to shove it to towards the bar so they could know I’m freaking done apparently they didn’t see the freaking tissue… now I go to enough places to know what’s good service plus I know how people handle busy atmosphere it was NOT that busy for the delays, I will never come here again drink blah food blah service wtf annoying experience… don’t forget I sat…

Great food, including the desserts, at fair prices. Service was just OK, be prepared to flag down staff to get what you need.

Came here with my girlfriend. random Wednesday night. both ordered the ny strip. with bacon Mac and cheese (velveeta cheese I swear) steak was just ok. not seasoned well. had slight flavor. now to the drinks we had. I mean juice. waste of $ 44.ordered the L. I ice tea. suppose to be the strongest drink there. no buzz what so ever. not even a lil bit. so then ordered a half pitcher of white sangria. more juice! The bartender should be ashamed of himself. highly disappointed in the drinks. he prolly laughed his ass off. u prolly should avoid this place. I’m still smh’n at the damn drinks

Fast in, fast out. Friendly service, lots of pizza choices as well as other Italian meals. The pizza slices were pretty darn good but were not amazing.

Based on some of the reviews I was very skeptical of coming here. i attended a birthday luncheon on Saturday and we were a party of 20. We were very lucky as the place was empty so service was very prompt and attentive for such a large party. For appetizers I had the calamari, buffalo wings and shrimp. I wasn’t blown away as the calamari lacked flavor, the buffalo wings were extremely salty so the contrast of having the sauce didn’t really help. I did enjoy the shrimps. For my entrée I had the half rack of bbq ribs, with rice and veggies and it wasn’t bad. I would come here again but would not mess with their appetizers. I once again want to give a commendation to our waitress Valerie who was really good. Like I said we were a party of 20 and she was able to handle us for such a large party.

I come here often with my girlfriends, usually for happy hour or just a chill Girls Night Out. The staff is typically friendly. The drinks are usually strong, and if you’re pretty enough, the male bartenders like to give free drinks and shots. I’m not crazy about the food here, but do love the hot wings! Other than the cheap drinks and wings, Tony Roma’s is really nothing to rave about.

Great place for drinks and ribs. Love the margaritas with sugar on the rocks. Happy hour all day at the bar.

I been meaning to come here for a while && I finally made it. As I walked in I thought it would look a lot more fancier but no big deal. I went on a weekday so it wasn’t packed and we got seated right away. Of course we started off with drinks (Margaritas) which were decent I’ve had way better margaritas at Applebee’s. I went on to order the ribs && steak combo with a baked potato && broccoli. OK so my ribs were good and tender, my steak was a little too well done for me it had a burnt taste to it, My potato was good can’t really mess that up lol and my broccoli was lacking flavor. Overall I’m not too thrilled about the place would I come here again ehhhhh maybe if I’m in the area and didn’t feel like going far.

Don’t waste your money on the food here. If your here just buy drinks.
I came here twice hoping that the second time would be better and it wasn’t. The staff is pretty friendly. But the food isn’t seasoned at all. Everything is bland. I had some of the worst steak here. Then I came the second time and had dry chicken. The only reason this place got two stars was because the drinks were great. That’s about it.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
For the location, across the street from the Barclays Center, in an upcoming neighborhood that is soon to be a very wealthy affluent area, you would think this restaurant would be better.
The customer service was bad. The hostess did not greet us, smile, nor look friendly. The waiter was not attentive. It took us telling him three times we were ready to order before he realized. He was so busy with trying to give us more time. No water refills. The food was bland and barely edible. The last thing that made this place unbearable was the state of the women’s bathroom. It was 6pm on Labor Day and we were one of two tables and the bathroom was more filthy than a truck stop restroom on I-​95. I couldn’t believe it. All the staffers that were standing around complaining about being at work on Labor Day and no one could take the time to clean the bathroom.
The only positive I have to say is, the décor is nice. Would be better if they dusted.
A few words to the owner, FIRE EVERYONE. Hire a team that is going to care about representing your brand to the fullest. You have a prime location in an area that is only growing and bringing in more millions every day. The Brooklyn of today is no longer the Brooklyn of yesterday and sure not the Brooklyn of tomorrow. Treat this location as if it was in Midtown Manhattan because soon it will be no different. Otherwise you can stay in the same lanes as BBQ’s and the ghetto chains of yesteryear. Until then, I will not return nor will I recommend.

Ended up here unplanned after a random night on the town with my bf and his friends. Our waitress was great. She was friendly, kept checking to see if we needed anything, and she made the drinks perfectly. I ordered the MOJO GRILLED MAHI MAHI. It was good not super fantastic but good.
If you are looking for something a lil step up from a diner with a better than your typical dinner vibe this is it. Or if you want chain restaurant American food (Applebee’s, Fridays, etc) but want to take it up a notch, this is the spot for you.
I would definitely recommend and I will most definitely return!

Ribs seafood and steak you have to wait an hour to taste. Welcome back to Brooklyn Tony Roma’s. Fire your manager. If your a minority and eat here you will be treated like your money don’t spend the same. Save your time and energy and visit a place that respects us and our buying power.
We sit down and all the utensils are dirty. We order some wine and the glasses looked like they came from the next table with all the lip marks and grime on them. Talk about sharing. Lol. We tried to get new glasses and the bartender had a serious attitude. No one can sit at the bar without dropping a credit card and your id. Hood protection I guess. I want to leave but I’m starving.

This place isn’t as bad as I thought it would be — it’s WORSE!
Wow. I will be shocked if this horrible excuse of a restaurant is open six months from now.
We came to this place by accident as we thought it was ‘Tony’s’ and not ‘Tony Roma’s’ but since there was a big group coming from different locations we chose to just stay– mistake #1.
Everything took forever.
The menus.
The drinks.
The ordering of our meal.
The appetizers.
The entrees.
The refilling of our water glasses. (This never happened.)
The attempt to order a second round of drinks. (This never happened.)
The waitress coming to see if ‘everything is okay’. (This never happened.)
Sooooo disturbed.
This horrible experience solidified the reputation this place had in my mind.
While I’m writing I’m still hungry because the mahi mahi I ordered never came and instead a piece of chicken was brought out. Clearly the waitress didn’t correct this issue. Ugh.

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed dining at this restaurant, the service was excellent, the food was delicious and the ambiance was great. It was surprisingly not hectic on a Friday night with Kevin Hart show just wrapping up across the street at the Barclay’s. I will definitely be going back.

The place is located across the street from the Barclays center and has he potential to be amazing expect some of the staff makes it difficult. Upon entering the restaurant with my fiancé, we were greeted by a bunch of employees laughing and joking really loud at the hostess desk. No one said hi to or welcomed us. When she did begin to seat us she did not ask if we had a preference, she had planned on sitting us where her and other employees were being loud. We sat our selves at the bar and ate lunch there. You can find employees (on and off the clock) always hanging around the restaurant, whether at the bar or some other location. This isn’t my first time here.
Of course this isn’t the cheapest place for lunch, but whatever. Our bar tender was great! He made us some amazing drinks and checked on us many times.
The good however wasn’t the best. We ate off the lunch menu and as you can assume the portions are small. We asked for our steak to be made well done and medium well and both were along the medium side. For fear of something happening to the food and time restraints we did not send the steaks back.

Good food, great drinks, excellent service. It was nice and empty when I arrived. Sat at the bar with my guests ordered 9 drinks and 4 appetizers for $ 75.
Just sit at the bar to avoid the ridiculous gratuity. Tip the bartender though.

if you work in the downtown brooklyn area its a good spot for a quick lunch… as long as service is on point.
the kickin shrimp tacos off the happy hour menu are amazing!!!
now service is a hit or miss… this visit was a miss the waitress forgot half our order so we ate one taco and waited 10 minutes for the other! had to ask for a refil on water… a bit frustrating to deal with on a lunch break.
but the tacos never disappoint

Well, what I want to say is that this is the best go to spot!!! The service, the ambiance, did i mention the service is awesome.
The servers were on point!!! This establishmient is classy, private, professional and genuine. This establishment is modern and is all what you want to go to when you want to go for a few drinks and something to eat. Did I mention Dorothy and Julie? Request their tables. Their customer service skills were beyond reproach.

Beautiful and huge space just one block away from the Atlantic Mall and Barclays Center, as well as mass transit. I love the huge Brooklyn sign in the back of the restaurant. There wasn’t a crowd around 4pm, which was great for my colleagues and I who decided to go out for a meal after work.
I ordered the Chicken Caesar Flatbread (grilled chicken breast, Italian cheeses, tomato pesto salad, basil, Caesar dressing, Asiago cheese) for $ 12. The appetizer was light and full of flavor. Due to the cheeses and dressing, the meal was salty. Other than that, I was well-​pleased.
Great customer service!
The woman’s restroom needs to be refreshed. They either need to get air fresheners or clean the facilities more regularly. Despite the automated toilet flush, it smelled like urine.
