The kids take absolutely forever. And upsellng every second. Seriously? The cashier thought he got commission if he talked someone into a steak chalupa instead of a plain beef. Maybe he’s overly happy about the $ 15 an hour Kool aid?
The meximelt was good. The chalupa bread was too dark and squished although luckily not burned. And they gave me a soft taco and not hard. I didn’t ask for a remake because I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes.
They only have pepsi with zero calories which is flat. They don’t have normal pepsi.
And when I asked for green sauce, the girl nervously asked me me if I was sure I wanted green sauce. Maybe she needs to put that extra money she’s earning now into some therapy. She seemed a bit traumatized…

I must say that for an industrial fast food, their Tacos are pretty good!
The only problem was the kids who work at the place, which i can’t blame since for the money they earn, u can’t expect them to do much…
So it has been many years since i visited a Taco Bell branch, and for someone who just LOVE Tacos, i had a pretty good experience. I had the Combo of two soft and two hard tacos, and they all were good, delicious and fresh.
Try them, and you may also be surprised.

Not The brightest cashiers!
Bill was $ 13.04. Gave $ 20 and then a nickel. She started to count lots of dimes. I try to help «just give me $ 7»… She says Wait I should check. you’re trying to cheat me

Don’t have many Taco Bell options in Brooklyn anymore so you don’t have much of a choice here. It’s in the Kings Plaza mall with KFC and a Subway Sandwich shop.
They are mostly OK, gets very busy when school lets out and the workers are friendly.
The food is just the same as any other Taco Bell, some is decent and some is not very good. They do NOT have volcano tacos here, which is a major negative, but they still do have the cheesy gordita crunch!
Go here if you have a craving, but I wouldn’t recommend making it a habit.

I was happy when this opened as food options in Kings Plaza are limited. It is not Chipotle but good for a quick bite in the mall.
