I have sprint. walking into this store for a car charger instantly reminded me of why i left tmobile. The phone service is slow. Customer service is slow. The people are slow everything is just sluggish like damn smh i wouldve just let my phone died if i wasnt awaiting an important call

I just went to T-Mobile to switch over from AT&T and I had Donovan helping me out! Donovan was great! He helped me set up my phone plan with a plan that works best for the amount of data I use. I was also switching to an iPhone that used to be my brother’s phone from AT&T. He helped to unlock my AT&T phone, transfer all my contacts from my old phone to the iPhone, and then switch my phone number to my new phone so I can keep my number! Halfway through his manager told him he could go because his shift ended, but he made sure to finish our transaction and did not rudely leave in the middle. He was helpful and professional– give that guy a raise! I took off one star for T-Mobile because they don’t have their stuff together with contracts. First of all, T-Mobile has new plans that don’t require a contract holding you for a period of time, meaning you can switch plans or cancel your plan at any time without penalty. However, they still have contracts to sign that are more for«agreement of service» but the old part of the contract is still there regarding penalties! So basically, they haven’t updated the wording on their contracts to match what they’re advertising. Donovan then had to scribble out the stuff that is no longer valid and sign his initials there. That’s absolutely ridiculous and irresponsible, T-Mobile. Update your contracts and stop letting dumbos who don’t read the contracts sign on a document with invalid wording. It left me feeling a little bit wondering if something tricky is going on. I dislike that.

I have had such a great experience at this store. I have gotten all of my phones, upgrades, and pay my bills at this location. I will wait and pass other stores so that I can be helped here. The customer service is top-notch. The sales associate Wil is very patient and always has time to help set up my phones, link my contacts and whatever I need. I highly recommend this store, ask for Wil.

The customer service here sucked but I assume the employees were new and just needed to get into the swing of things. I dont go here to ask for gadgets anymore. Just to pay my bill at the Kiosk, when its working.
