Loved this place! Came here for lunch. Service was great food was fresh and delicious. Small cozy and modern feel to the place. The Pirozenoe Kartoshka dessert was to die for!!!

Had my birthday celebration here and have to tell you, the food is beyond good! The staff is very friendly and respectful, the wait time is decent and well worth it! I hope this place stays open for many years!

Place is small and on a super busy street but once you walk inside, it’s beautiful and so zen. Prices are wonderful and the food is so good. They did a great job! I’ll be back.

Came here with 6 people for a birthday lunch. Place was empty… but the whole lunch took about 2.5 hours, not exaggerating. The food took forever to come out. Got our appetizers 30 minutes in. The main course came out another 1 hour and 20 minutes after that. Never again. The food was good, but not worth the long wait.

Came here with my family for a dinner, also had the baby with us. They accommodated us so the stroller would fit and wasn’t in anyone’s way. The service is phenomenal and food was delicious. My favorite was the beef tongue and medovik cake. Had an amazing time. Highly recommended.

Stopping in here for the first time def won’t be my last, the food is great with awesome presentation. The flavor and the freshness with a good showing that this place stands out from the rest of the places I been too, GET this 2 salads a soup and entrée with beverages $ 50 YOU can’t better than THAT. The owner IGOR knows what he is doing !

Well… It was bad. I mean really bad.
We ordered banquet for 12 people. How difficult would be to serve 12 people in a place with 24 seats? Apparently it was «Mission Impossible» for the staff. We were there for 4 hours and at the end they notified us they had no time to prepare out meat main courses.
Besides that I didn’t like anything except pickles.
Also, for an hour we experienced strong smoke coming out of kitchen (could it be our meat???)
Will never come back.

This new café is just wonderful. The wait staff are polite, quick, and friendly. The food is traditional Russian style with a modern twist.
Highlights: Pelmeni are hand made, salads are all very delicious and re-​modeled from their boring original salads. Soups are home made, kompot is home made.
This café deserves 5 stars because it is a friendly and yummy spot to come with family or friends for a party or even a quiet dinner.
Russian resturaunts are usually over fried and cold waiters … Not this place! Fresh and friends! Double F!

Cozy and welcoming place, great service, lovely décor, delicious food, very reasonable pricing. We ordered a lot of food for 3 people, from appetizers to entrees to desserts and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. The place is great for friends’ catchup, birthday and event celebrations, or a date. Give you a try, highly recommend it!

Nice, bright, and pleasant space, polite and efficient service, and food that hit the, uh, sweet spot! Definitely can’t find any fault with this place. The Ceasar salad had just the right amount of dressing, avocado salad — fresh and nicely presented. My filet was properly cooked (medium rare), my cousin’s ribeye was medium as requested, and the potatoes with chanterelles — one of the better renditions of that dish I’ve had in a while. Will definitely come back to try the other dishes — good thing I live just a block away.

Fantastic food, excellent service and great atmosphere. Came here for a birthday celebration late November. The place was able to accommodate our large party or 15 with ease. Tried nearly everything on the menu. The party was served banquet style. Appetizers were excellent, I recommend the tuna, streak, avocado, salads and Russian potatoes, which were cooked to perfection. Main courses included Chicken Kiev and the mixed grill, all fantastic. Bottom line: Eat here, food is good, prices are great and excellent above and beyond service. Will be returning soon.

Really cute spot used to be a local haunt for several years before it got shut down and remodeled. New owners new décor. Service is good. Homemade fruit juice is sweet. Tea is served on a warming plate like a tea light scent infuser to keep it steeping. Bread comes in a mini stump and cloth to give it a rustic feel. Skirt steak was good but too much bbq sauce overpowered the meat. Chicken pâté was good comes with jam and pistachios. Ponchiki for dessert is caramel filled fried dough… not bad.
