Great service, great atmosphere, and great pizza. We had purchased a groupon to use here that included a pitcher of beer with the deal. We didn’t want it, but they were super accommodating with offering soda instead. Had a very fun night with friends here. Would definitely go again!

I do not know how to play billiards but my friend insisted me to learn. We came here after having a great meal and did not want to sit around anymore. When I walked through the door, I immediately saw the bar area. They have a good selection of liquor and some televisions for people to watch. No comments about the drinks since we did not order :( They have at least five tables and a dart board. The people that were playing in the this place were all mindful of each others games. I did not get jabbed by a pool stick or bump into anyone. There was only one employee there, but he did fine by himself. Everyone was pretty busy playing billiards and he had only one guy at the bar.

I took my boyfriend here because he loves pool and hadn’t played in a while. It was $ 10 for an hour, I think. Maybe $ 8, I don’t recall. The people working there were very nice. I liked that the pool tables were very separate from the bar area. They had plenty of tables, too. I had a cranberry vodka and it was pretty strong, no complaints I guess. The people there were typical clientele, I guess. I wouldn’t want to go back to the back of the room but I was happy up front at our table.

Favorite pool hall in Brooklyn. Pool tables are very well kept, drinks are well priced. Bar tenders are nice and drinks are fairly priced. Great vibe on league nights and everyone is always friendly. Always love coming here

Always enjoy the atmosphere here. I’m not a pool person but my fiancé is. He enjoys the various table sizes. I love that they now have the NFLPACKAGE! I can watch my home team(Go Pack!) and he can watch all his fantasy guys and baseball! Great spot.

I usually frequent this pool hall since they have the nicest tables in the area, however after today I will not be going back. I came in alone to kill some time before picking up my GF in the area, I play for an hour and on my way to the cashier the owner accused me of trying to get out of paying for 2 people, he swore that he witnessed me playing back their with another guy. I explained that I came in by myself he could ask the guy who let me in and that the other guys were playing on their own table. He literally did not believe me telling me «your guna sit here and lie to my face» .Now I am sitting here having an argument with this nasty MF who is talking to me like I’m trash as if I’m trying to get over on his $ 5.(Mind you I’m wearing a $ 10K Rolex watch while this is happening) I simply told him«Listen, if you want the extra $ 5 that bad you can have it, but I’m not about to sit here and agree with u if I wasn’t with anyone». He gave me a filthy look and told me to leave. No wonder the place is always empty when you gota deal with this guy shaking down his customers for a few bucks!

Last night was my first time at this spot and I was pleasantly surprised: it’s a chill atmosphere, doesn’t get too crowded, and you fit right-in even if you are a beginner to the delights of pool, like me. It’s a diverse crowd, there’s a little bar in front, and the music was just right. The only reason I didn’t give this a 5⁄5 is because you can’t really get food here and there aren’t a lot of places to just sit and chat with your friends if you are not playing pool, but those things are minor. This place is great at what it provides: a pool-playing space welcoming to all.

Wonderful place and the owner is very friendly. Price is reasonable. Hit the table before 11 pm to get the best price.

This is the kind of pool hall that your grandpa kicks back in on the weekends. Old wood paneling, kind of grungy and may smell, not a whole lot of beers on tap but they have $ 3 pbr cans. I think I may love it. Came here post birthday dinner the other weekend to have a casual night at shooting pool with a couple of my friends that live way out in the boondocks in Brooklyn. I’m thoroughly impressed with my skills(haven’t played in ages) and nearly(my partner didn’t sink any balls) single handedly won a round against our opponents. Music selection is decent. Kids may show up randomly to play. But it’s okay because they weren’t annoying or running around killing people with cue sticks. Plenty of tables to pick from because it doesn’t get too crowded and pool costs only $ 15 a table. Also, after you are done there are tons of great restaurants and bars in bayridge to pick from!

One of the best bartenders in Bay Ridge. Friendly, welcoming, and a juke box. Open late which is great. Crowd is diverse and it is great place to people watch in.

I haven’t been to a Pool Hall since I was a teenager so I am really not an expert on this, but it is definitely primarily a pool hall, with a beer. I want to say there were around 8 pool tables, and its very basic and divey. At least 5 beers on tap and $ 3 cans of PBR which is always a plus in my book. They also have darts although I didn’t see anyone playing the night I came here.

A great neighborhood pool hall with a nice jukebox, darts and a great bartender. I am sorry I do not know her name, but she is there every thursday :)

I love this place. It’s low key and amateurs like me can practice shooting pool without being rushed by someone else waiting for a table. My son and I have started a tradition of coming here once a week on a week night and we are having a great time.

Definitely my favorite place in BayRidge. I usually tend to come here at least once or twice a week. Either with my boyfriend or a group of our friends. Its a great place to just come and hang out at and relax. The drinks are a bit pricy but then again it is a place of business so they charge what they have to to make a profit. Its a great place to go to on a weekday night and everyone is very friendly and no one has ever harassed us to leave because they were closing. Will be going back there soon!

Met a friend at Status Q last night for some after work drinks and pool. Never got to play as we spent the entire night talking. Looks like there was a dart board tournament and pool tournament going on. Atmosphere was laid back and low-key. Drinks were reasonably priced. Bartender wasn’t upbeat like you’d find in the city but pleasant. Will go back and re-review to see if this was a one time experience.

An English blogger named Willy Shakespeare once tweeted: «all the world’s a stage.» This place is a stage. A well-worn, kinda dated, sorta divey, still ciggy-scented stage. What I mean is: this place is the sum of its visitors. If you come with 4 friends and play pool on one of their 12 tables, you’ll have a small party. If you come here with 20 friends from work, you’ll have a larger party. To be rocking, there needs to be 200+ like-minded people having a great time. When I visited, there were 4 people in the whole place, 3 of them throwing darts. It seemed a terrible waste of space. But after reading other reviews, I can see how the vibe can change significantly depending on the night.

With a choice of either sitting at home and listening to a deranged woman in a garbage bag(I wish I was joking) or going out with the people I actually am thankful for in my life, I chose my friends. I was surprised they were open on Thanksgiving but on the plus side, it was nice and empty… which was kind of good with balls flying and all. Good music, the place was clean, the guy at the counter was nice, bathroom was clean and the game itself had no mishaps… at least on the establishment’s end… lol. The price is reasonable too and wouldn’t have minded staying another hour. Frankly in what was spent in food, I’m not sure why we didn’t do the second hour at that rate. But all in all, I would love to come here again whether friends again or a date. Added bonus they had some other games too there… a Foosball table and something else I forgot.

With a group of people, the games can be enjoyable. The tables are okay, sticks you need a bit of time to search for, but for the low price rate per hour? No complaints. There’s a bar available for refreshments and a fooseball table to have a change in game playing. The only con is the second hand smoke coming in from the main entrance during the evenings really. Overall, positive experience here because of the accessibility to/from subway, trains, and food within a few blocks.

There are two pool halls in Bay Ridge and this is one of them. I like this one because it has a bar, darts boards, and is in a more convenient location in terms of what kind of businesses surround it. 3rd avenue is filled with restaurants, cafes, bars, and lounges so before or after a game of pool, you always have something else to do. Even though this is the smaller pool hall, I’ve never really had to wait for a table. I usually go weeknights so I’m not too sure how the scene is on a weekend. Price is very reasonable. Last night for 3 people, it was $ 10 for an hour(for the whole table). Overall, its a good place to play a game or pool or just have a drink and watch a game!
