I sell on ebay and amazon for a living. I am always busy getting deals at staples for resale. indeed there are great deals to be had. good enough for profit to be made .
This Utica staples is probably one of the worst staples in the chain. I am not talking of one experience. I’m talking dozens!
If you do online order for in-​store pick-​up forget it! there guys just look at you puzzled until they finally realize that they unfortunately have to proceed. a 20 min ordeal! Again I’m not talking of one experience. i’m taking 10 – 20 …
These are the most incompetent staff of any staples I’ve seen. Shame on Utica staples!
I hope someone at corporate will see this and clean it up … it’s a disgrace

Staples saves the day! I don’t currently own a printer so I visit this local Staples for all my office equipment needs! I don’t think I’ve actually have brought anything from there but I use their services often. I may revise my review when or if I need to have a purchase. Most recently, this Staples location has joined forces with USPS and you can now use the Post Office services here! I am not sure what that may include, however I am sure it’s helpful if you are in the area.

Very polite and professional. I loved that the entire store is on one floor unlike the location in Flatbush.
I needed 24 photos scanned and it was less than an hour before closing, but they got it done.
I only wish this location and quality of customer service was located closer to my place of employment.

This Staples location is okey-​dokey. Staples seems to be popping up everywhere, and that’s a good thing. When I needed economy «bankers» boxes (oy, more boxes than anyone should ever need!) I bought out all the stock at the Ocean Avenue Staples, and it wasn’t a far drive to the Utica Avenue or Coney Island Avenue location to find more boxes.
