Beware of buying from this location. Sales Associates Stephanie Urena, Omar and manager L’Hassan are scammers. I ordered a phone from this location after losing my phone and when it arrived I was told they didn’t receive it. The phone was tracked and showed that the sales associate Omar had signed for it. I tried to speak with the manager L’Hassan but he always avoided me. He claimed to have filed a police report but there is no documentation for this report. Then he claimed to have issued a refund and it has been 2 weeks. Needless to say I will make sure this gets dealt with. However I am warning everyone to stay away from this location. Go elsewhere for your security!
