I had the worst experience with this store. I can’t get Sprint to even help remove charges off my bill that I did not create. Let me tell you watch your pin number when your in the store. Anyone can go in the store and put as many devices that are remaining on your account and you will be liable if they get a hold of your pin number and this can be obtained by the person being behind you when your ringing out .No questions asked, no asking for an ID all they have to have is the pin number. 2400.00 dollars this is insane!!! As far as honest people well I don’t about that. I was told over and over someone was going to help me and 3 months later well you see where the bill is and I paid over 800.00 just to keep the phone on. Spint you suck!

I am forced to give this carrier a single star. If I could I would give them a MINUS one thousand stars. They are wonderful, kind and considerate when it comes to setting up an account with you. After that FORGETIT. They just sit there with a blank look on their faces. Usually the answer to any question is «We can’t do that» or «you have to call — –«. We bought 2 smart phones last Oct. and I began having trouble with mine soon after. In one attempt to repair a problem they stated that they would have to reset it. It turns out that when we came back for the phone we were told that all the photos had been lost during the reset. They had not advised me that this might happen. Worse yet, since the phone was connected to my computer I found out that ALL the photos in my desktop computer had also been lost. I AM an artist. Those photos, with a few exceptions, are now lost forever. Yesterday we went back to try to pay off our balances and drop their service. They could have care less if they lost us as customers. They could not take the payoff money(about $ 666.64 total) we had to wait for a bill from Sprint. They did not want the phones… good they will go to charity when we get the phone from our new carrier. And they were just plain rude. PLEASEDONOTGOTOTHISSTORE look for a totally different carrier if you value your sanity. Robots have my knowledge and ability to help a customer. You expect service considering how high of bills we pay, we get none and the people are downright rude.

I’ve been to this store few times over the years as a sprint customer and each time swore I would never return… I’d give this place a negative 1,000 if I could customer service is Terrible. If you get a bad vibe walk out sprint needs to secret shop there stores and demand higher customer service, Especially this one. I called another Sprint store to report my experience and I was told someone would get back to No one ever did.

i walked in here a month or so ago to simply pay a bill and i was«ushered» to a station to have a rep take my payment. all i was looking for was the payment kiosk, which was convienently placed near the back of the store so you wouldnt see it… and for the reps to access your account to sell you stuff you dont need. as soon as i noticed the kiosk i promptly left the rep(who was upset that i saw the machine) and paid my bill. also, the store manager, adrienne, is extremely unhelpful & phony. avoid this store like the plague.

HORRIBLE customer service at this store! The person that«helped» us was rude and dismissive. We left. I didn’t want this jerk &/or this store to get 1 penny of commission from us!!!
