Snatch & Go Internet Cafe & Juice Bar

Love the food I have gone there several times on my lunch break. My review has 3 stars instead of 4 is because one of the staff members gave me and my fellow co-​worker horrible service. The first and second time I visited this business it was great. A different lady was there and she was nice and made the food well. On my first visit she even offered what kind of smoothies and food they had. I enjoyed her suggestion and decided to come back.
This time I went in another lady was there and she had a terrible attitude. She wasn’t engaging at all and didn’t realized I was waiting to order. The food I choose to get was still good, but the smoothie was way off from the last 2 times I got it. I didn’t think nothing too much of it and thought it may be a fluke.
Unfortunately the third time wasn’t the charm. Neither was the fourth. The fourth time I told my coworker about this place because we need to get something quick on our break. She agreed and we went. The lady with the attitude was there again, but I’m just thinking she may have a bad day or something. We mentioned to her that we were paying using card separately, yet she didn’t tell us until after the food was made that the machine wasn’t working. Ugh! She proceeds to let us know she said something rudely. Letting us know she knew before hand and didn’t inform us. We had to end up going back to our work get cash and pay, which make the food colder than its supposed to be.
Bottom line the food was good. Service just needs to improve with some people. I may come come in if I’m really in the mood for it or in the area, which is becoming unlikely now that I work in another location. And I’m not gonna go out of my way for eh to bad service.

I’ve been longing for a place that serves Fish & Chips the way it was meant to be, and Snatch & Go Delivers! Offering two types of fish and three types of fries, it’s one of their best food items that’s not featured on the menu… and that doesn’t take into account that this place is a better known for their smoothies.
They have a wide assortment of smoothies, from a great mix of fruit flavored smoothes to vegetable specialties like the «Super Detox» and the «Kick Start». Each smoothie is freshly prepared in-​front of you.
The café also has other traditional carribean tastes, such as Roti/​Beef Patties, an assortment of salads and even burgers. There’s seating in the front if you want to hang out for a bit or need a moment. The atmosphere fits the neighborhood and is friendly and welcoming (you’ll even get a few laughs at some of the people who step by).
