Put our minds at ease while away for a week. Susan watched our dog while we were away on vacation. We were originally hesitant to leave him. We had only left him with family in the past. She set up a meet and greet and made sure they got along and he had such a great time. She even sent us texts and pictures to make sure we knew he was well taken care of. I highly recommend her. He is able to sleep in his own bed uncaged! So glad we found her and would definitely do it again.

Susan is amazing!
I waited last minute to find boarding for Thanksgiving and she was very accommodating. Walked my dog Folsom over to her house to meet her dog, Lola and they were great together! Hilarious seeing my dog, 60 lbs snuggle with a 5 lb dog.
Second time we brought him back a month later for another vacation, he knew exactly where her house was and excited to be back.
Nice to find a great sitter and walker that lives close by in the neighborhood!

My husband and I usually have someone dog-​sit for us in our home, but due to construction and a «transitional housing» situation, we needed someone to board our two small dogs. One of our dogs, Pimm, is quite sensitive and is extremely fearful of other dogs, so the thought of putting her in a kennel broke my heart. Enter– Susan! She was immediately warm and familiar to our dogs, and they loved her instantly. Her dog, Lola, was a fast friend of both of my pooches (even Pimm, the scaredy-​dog!) so we decided to leave our kids with her for a long weekend. I’m so glad that we did– she sent us pictures and updates and the dogs looked SO happy when we picked them up! Susan is really the best– her communication is top-​notch and we could tell that she really loves animals. 100 stars for Susan! I hope we can work with her again!

Susan is fantastic! I did a lot of research and went to several meet n’ greets to find the right petsitter for my timid dog, Amberly. After meeting Susan and her family for the first time, I knew she would be the perfect person to care for my dog. Susan is very sweet, accommodating, and communicative. I received daily picture/​video updates while I was away. Amberly came home happy and healthy. I feel so lucky that Susan lives nearby, as she is definitely a neighborhood gem!

My wife and desperately needed a doggie sitter for my (son) Pancake who is diabetic and needs two shots per day. My wife & I love Unilocal for being food adventurous which always works out great so she decided Why not Unilocal?We needed someone close by and it was over the 4th of July weekend. We thought «OK this is going to have to be a miracle» and with a little prayer and patience we found someone who is as loving and caring as we are with our son. When we picked him up he was so relaxed I thought he wanted to stay another day but we missed him so much we forced ourselves to take him home. ;o)
We are so fortunate to have met Susan and her family who are our extended family now that Pancake has a place to go and we feel confident he will always get ALL the love he needs. Susan loved Pancake so much she posted his pics. What a ham!

Susan has looked after our cat since 2012, and we have been extremely happy with the job she has done. Susan is very reliable, charges a reasonable rate, and has given our cat medication as well when we have requested it. Susan gets our highest recommendation — we really appreciate her kindness to our cat and her reliability.

Susan has worked with my two cats for many months. She has been available with short notice and welcomes special requests. The last need fulfilled was purchase and delivery of cat food. Sweet lady that I wholeheartedly recommend.

Susan has been taking care of my cats for three or four years now, and I am very happy with her. More importantly, my boys love her! She is so good to them and knows to play with all their favorite toys and lavish them with love when I’m away. I always come home to full food and water dishes, a clean litter box, and two happy kitties who give me that look, «Oh, were you gone?»
She has reasonable rates and grabs my mail for me too. Susan’s the best!
