BEST tacos I’ve ever had in my life. For real, I think I’m addicted. They are always jam packed with fresh flavor and made to order. The chihuahua dog is insane — so good. I want to try everything on the truck but I can’t seem to stop ordering the tacos I’m addicted. As far as the staff of Rosie’s — I love everyone! I worked right next door and from the first time I went to check out what all the hype was about I could see why. Not only is their food delicious, but the staff of the truck take time to engage with each customer while still banging out all the orders with lines down the sidewalk. Rosie is beautiful and always has a smile on her face which is contagious! Everyone loves Rosie :) Her son, Mio, is super nice and always makes me laugh. It’s great to go somewhere where you know you’re going leave happy and more importantly full! I have nothing but great things to say and could go on forever about Rosie’s and how much I love it. I would advise everyone to check it out and stop by for anything because it is all ridiculously amazing :)

Whenever I’m in Brooklyn I always make sure to stop by Rosie’s. The Chihuahua Dog is my fave, but everything I’ve tried has been delicious. Great truck, great food, and great service.

I wish I would have found this food truck sooner, the family who owns this truck are very nice. Anything I have had was so good I’ve had the Hotdog Chihuahua which was soooooo sooooo good and the steak tacos and chicken flautas were also delicious. I am not in that area often, but I don’t live far so now that I know about this truck I will be coming around more.

I love a food truck, but not all food trucks are created equal. Rosie’s Truck stands out like a beacon in the night. You HAVE to try the Chihuahua Dog! It will blow you away. I loved the fish tacos! But don’t forget about the chicken stew over rice! I was so full I didn’t get to try the Grilled Cheese. I live in L.A. but must go to Rosie’s next time I am in town. Yes! It’s that good!!!

At the Troma film festival in Brooklyn. This food truck was delicious. We had chicken tacos, steak tacos and the soy chorizo dog. Everything was fresh and delicious and inexpensive. I would shunt these guys down to eat it again. The staff was very friendly.

Rosie and Mio are there best! The food is delicious and they treat everyone like family. My favorites are the Chihuahua dog, breakfast quesadilla, egg and cheese with pastrami sandwich, rice and beans with stewed ribs and salad… and I can’t wait to try Rosie’s special grilled cheese!

I work right by Rosie’s, you can call them and pick something up, great food, great service, clean. What more you want from a Food Truck. Their truck is state of the art, can cook anything in there. I always get the chicken and rice and beans. Always deliciousness. Fun and Friendly Environment.

In a few words, CHIWAWADOG!!! Who would have thunk the fixings on a taco would pair beautifully with a hot dog. So delicious I ate two. Congratulations on your new truck and I will see you Monday Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday for my two large black coffees. And yes I will more than likely have a Chiwawa dog this week too.

I live in Atlanta ga, I was there for a visit and stopped by and had a chicken sandwich and a hot dog. Dude that’s the best sandwich I ever bought from someone in a truck and it was a very clean food truck. Rosie is such a beautiful lady I can’t wait to return to New York because THAT would be my first stop. Angel

Yummy tacos and delicious sandwiches. Their hot dog with taco ingredients is so fresh. It’s like eating a guilt-free hot dog. I’ve also had their pork sandwich and it’s super tasty. They’ve been in the same spot for over 25 years. Awesome food truck.

Amongst the old factories of East Williamsburg sits Rosie’s. And Rosie’s has been sitting in its same spot since 1988. This food truck serves a wide arrange of American themed flare. Which I have no doubt keeps the local workers happy. There was a small line at 3pm and the only people I saw were all eating on the street on in near by parked cars. Every ‘factory’ worker I passed seemed to have a smile on their face and a sandwich in hand. Having just come from a tapping of Food Networks 24 Hour Restaurant Battle in which I might have had the worst meal of my life seeing Rosie’s truck in the distance was almost a gift from God. However, my stomach didn’t know what it wanted as we glared at the large menu. I asked about the pancakes but was told they are pretty much gone by 9am every day, the guy ahead of us in line called them«so amazingly good!» We settled on splitting a chicken sandwich. The roll it came on was soft and chewy — better then I would have expected for a food truck sandwich roll. The chicken cutlet was peppery and cooked to perfection. All in all a great sandwich! I’d like to think I’ll trek my way back here some time to try a few other items on the menu and have a little chat with Rosie who seems like a great lady. But time will tell. And in a city where all our ‘institutions’ keep disappearing for condos and Duane Reade’s it’s nice to know it’s going to take a long time for that to happen to Rosie’s. Rosie’s Truck: Maybe the only true American Dream left in New York City
