This is the worst rite aid ever. The line is always crazy and that’s probably due to the cashiers having no sense of urgency at all. They move like molasses. Or maybe their system is just slow but jeez I hate coming here. And before you ask why I come here, I only come here because It’s the closest pharmacy by me.

This pharmacy just recently received a make-over but what can’t be made over is the poor quality service at the pharmacy. Prescriptions are not organized which makes it difficult for them to service customers efficiently. Plastic bags holding prescriptions have holes causing medication to fall out or get easily misplaced. Sales attendants in the pharmacy section seem to function without managerial leadership. Point blank take your prescription to Walgreens, CVS, or your«Mom and Pops» pharmacy. There’s no such thing as quick or quality service at this Rite-Aid

Customer service is key! How you have a pharmacy with a non working phone. Calling all day and no one answers for me to check the status of my medication. So when I get there I call in the store and I hear it ringing and I walk up to the drop off area and say oh yall not answering your phones. The clerk says we have problem with our phones and I said but I’m calling you right now. She says we pick up but don’t hear anyone. I tell her answer and wow it’d a miracle she hears me. Stop the bullshit!

Bring your iPod with you, because the lines are usually crazy. I honestly prefer Rite Aide near King Plaza instead(Mill Ave). Why? They are clean, organized and fast. Leave this store and go there
