Rite Aid

This is my neighborhood convenience store and its exactly that. it has everything you need and is open 24 hours so that amazing. my only problem and the reason for the three starts is the staff. they are nice but slow. the registers on the weekends or sometimes late at night are always understaffed or the staff that is there move with no sense of urgency. other than that you can always come get what you need at anytime of night.

THE GOOD: They seem to have everything and at a reasonable price. The cashiers are very friendly and the staff is usually available and ready to field my questions. Even though, I never have my Rite Aid card, they never make a fuss to look me up by my telephone number.
THE BAD: Sometimes they are understaffed which makes for long, LONG lines at the register during the evening and late nights.
THE UGLY: It’s a shame that during the riots/​protests in Flatbush this store was actually plundered by a public mob. Despite that unfortunate incident, and the crime rate in the East Flatbush area, this Rite Aid is STILL open 24 hours.
