The only complaint I have about this Rite Aid is the long lines. Other than that… perfect! It’s now open 24/7, staff is friendly(I’m a regular so I know them all), pharmacy staff are quick, friendly and efficient and the store is newly renovated. Let’s not forget the Plenti card thingamajig which saves me money off every purchase. Woo-hoo! Just get more cashiers up front and you’ll be good to go! Yes the place is messy at times and whatever but it’s stocked till the top with anything you may be looking for, unlike Walgreens across the street which is open and airy but missing lots of essentials.

Every time, I come here, it could be anything anytime of the day their staff is miserable and nasty. Snarky attitudes. No one there has a personality.

The cashier is a bit ignorant due to the fact I ask her a question about the product and a gift card. Ehh. Kind of rude too…

I don’t expect much from a rite aid but please don’t just have one register open and when you get there the guy just walks away. And I was just standing there for two minutes till he finally came back. Someone should of replaced the one person on register. Otherwise the store is fine.

This rite aid location is really not good. The isles are always messy and i usually never find anything i am looking for there. Something that really bothers me at rite aid is that when they ring up the items that are on sale, the sale price does not show on the register. Also the staff is very rude since they do not say welcome, thank you, have a nice day, etc. Once when I came in there was a sign saying $ 5 back when you buy $ 25 of iTunes cards that was expired– very misleading. The photo center is usually never working and the quality of the photos are awful. I would recommend going to Walgreens or Cvs instead of this rite aid.

Horrible experience at this store. Blasted horrible music. When I pointed this out to the check out woman, she was totally unprofessional and told me to get over it. Hopefully Walgreens across the street will drive these idiots out of business.

First and foremost, the store is filthy. More importantly, they have the absolute worst customer service ever. We had a prescription called in by our physician to Walgreen’s across the street not realizing that they did not accept our new insurance. The pharmacist at Walgreen’s said that she could give the info to the pharmacist at Rite Aid if they just called. When we asked the Rite Aid pharmacist to call, she refused(most likely because it was 15 minutes before they closed.) So we had to ask our physician to call it in again. When we went to go pick it up it 2 days later it still wasn’t filled because of a glitch with the insurance. They never even called us to tell us there was an issue(which would have been easily resolved during regular business hours when our insurance was available to speak with.) Meanwhile, my husband absolutely needed his medicine that night. The pharmacist basically told me it wasn’t her problem. I complained of the lack of concern for their customers to the manager of the store who said the pharmacy manager would call me. I’ve yet to hear from them. Save yourself the aggravation and either go to Walgreen’s(where they’re super helpful) or another Rite Aid. The pharmacy dept is useless.

It’s not the cleanest, It’s not the most organized, The lines get long and the pharmacy staff(except for the older lady) are really nasty. But it’s MY Rite Aid by God!

Not that I have really high expectations of a RiteAid, but I am just very disturbed by their higher-than-usual prices & their lack of customer service. They’re conveniently located to my house in Brooklyn, but I would happily walk an extra mile or two to go to another pharmacy instead.

This is my Rite Aid. Everybody has one, and this is mine. They’re my spot for emergency picture frames, magazines, beer, snacks, and holiday items. My only gripe with them… ok. I have two gripes. One gripe, they switch holiday stuff out before a holiday even arrives. Thanksgiving stuff will be on the shelves before Halloween arrives… Rite Aid, I need you to hold onto that stuff until the last possible moment;I’m a procrastinator! Secondly, they’re not open that late. That’s not really their fault, but I’m griping anyway. Overall though, my Rite Aid treats me right.
