If you’re Jewish, then don’t use them after 10pm. We used them in the past but slightly earlier and that dispatcher was fine and the ride was$ 13. While waiting for a car where we were told the wait is 15 min and price is $ 15 dollars, the new dispatcher came on and now wait was another 25 minutes after waiting 15 minutes. and the price changed. We were told Borough Park rides were $ 15 yet we were going to Bensonhurst which is even further away. The Dispatcher was entirely unprofessional and rude as well as the car driver. We opted to call New Mexicana which came after 10 minutes and the ride was $ 12. Its obvious that the new dispatcher is anti-​Semitic and did not want to release a car to us. I will file a complaint in the morning with the appropriate governing agencies and notify the owner of the incident.
