Not the best experience at all when the business owner charges you for services not rendered. My first and last time supporting this one man band of a business. After confronting the owner I was refunded the extra service charge for the lcd that was never replaced or broke for that matter but will never refer anyone to him to be ripped off.

These cats rawk! I cracked my iPhone 6 screen. Walked in and was done in less than an hour even though they were busy! Big ups! And Ethan is a real nice guy! Thanks Phone Geeks!

Getting repairs from these guys was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. The glass on my camera phone was punctured and the camera didn’t focus anymore. Ethan cleaned the mess of broken glass so I could still use my camera. It eventually started working after a couple days but the focus was still soft. When the parts came in 3 days later they called me and Jeff fixed it the same day, no problem. I would definitely recommend their services if you have any technology problems. These guys know their stuff!!!

Phone geeks were fast, the price was great, and they were attentive and accommodating. Turned around a new battery and new power/​jack array in the time it took me to run my other errands.

Fantastic service! It took less than 30 minutes to fix my shattered iPhone 6 screen. Competitively priced. They gave me a discount and applied the much needed tempered glass cover. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. I was impressed by the diagnostic test they did on my phone — it looked like they could be at the Genius Bar! I will certainly return if needed and I would highly recommend this place.

I shattered my iphone 6 while at my friends across the street, walked immediately over and my phone was fixed on site within an hour and it is as good as new. Friendly and quality service. I would highly recommend.

I’m so glad I found this spot. One of many things that stand out is the customer service. Coming from the west coast, I rarely find good customer service in NY.
The phone repair took 30 minutes. Very knowledgable folks. They even repair Mac Books.

Great service. Very friendly and did an excellent job repairing my cracked phone screen. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Although they couldn’t repair it in a half hour because they were waiting for a delivery of some parts, they kept me informed by text until it was ready later in the day.

Shattered the screen of my iPhone 6 just before thanksgiving. They did a great job fixing my screen in less than 30 minutes. They are right on par with the costs at the actual store but the are definitely more convenient to my location and certainly faster.

I was in Ridgewood Queens and my battery life for my cell phone was dying. It didn’t hold charge and I previously went to a store downtown brooklyn to replace the battery on my HTC M8. Elton… Nnamdi showed me that the guys dtown gave me a bootleg battery and it was not an original HTC battery. He reassured me that phonegeeks only uses original parts. He had me at original.lol. He replaced my battery for a reasonable price and later gave me one of the stores chargers bc my charger wasn’t working. I felt that I was in good hands. This place was very honest, straight-​forward and worked with you.
I would recommend anyone to stop in and get something fix just because… lol

A very good place to get your iPhone, iPad or any other device that is cracked or broken fixed. The staff is super friendly and very professional. The prices are competitive and I would definitely recommend this establishment.

These guys replaced my cracked iPhone screen in about an hour, checking beforehand to make sure everything works, and then going through your phone with you again after the repair so that you know that things are in working order. Very professional and helpful. The repair did take an hour as opposed to 30 mins though.
One thing of note — their discounted price (currently $ 80 for an iPhone screen) excludes any deals like the Unilocal $ 20 for $ 30 offer, so there’s no point in getting it in advance.

These guys are incredible. No more expensive than the part would have been, and they did the work in about 40 minutes because I had a tight schedule and it was going to be tough being without my phone all day.
I would recommend them to anyone. Friendly, polite, and great work.
They also have screen protectors at a reasonable price.

These guys are great! Got my screen fixed in less than an hour (30 mins) and got charged less than $ 100. Was looking at some places in the city and they were charging me $ 120, $ 110, $ 150!

I walked in there with a busted Galaxy S4 screen and Ethan was amazing. He examined my phone went off to the side and started working on it. Phone was fixed in less than 30 minutes. I was initially skeptical because I’m the kinda gal that sticks to brand names when it comes to electronics and their repairs. But honestly, these guys were outstanding.
Polite, honest and, most importantly, quick, I had a perfectly functioning Galaxy in no time. If anything ever happens to my phone again I know where to go.

Read the reviews and was glad to give this place a try since I love close by. Its simple setup didn’t bother me as nobody needs a huge show when you’re there just to get your phone repaired.
Had my screen replaced on my iPhone 5S almost a year ago at a different place and the glue gave out and the screen came off. Went in to have it repaired and was told it would be $ 75 and 40 minutes to have it reassembled and fix the home button which came apart with it, so I agreed.
When I picked up the phone the fingerprint ID didn’t work and I was told that it was not repairable and usually never is. Apparently the technician «forgot to tell me» that bit of knowledge. An apology from the girl at the counter and advice to restore my phone in hopes that it would work. Needless to say… it didn’t!
Ask a lot of questions when you go in because you may not be getting the entire repair. And when they mess up, don’t expect anything in return. Now I have an outdated phone that cost me almost as much as having it replaced direct from Apple…
