I bought an amazon local deal for this place. The deal purported that I should mention the coupon when I contact the spa, and naively, I did. I left three detailed messages with my name and number, after listening to their lengthy voicemail that promises that they WILL call you back, and I still haven’t heard from them. It’s been a month since I’ve tried to get in touch. Something tells me if I had not mentioned my purchased coupon, I’d get a call back right away. Their hours are ridiculously limited, but one day I’ll find the time to walk in and confront them in person. Suspiciously avoidant, and though I can’t vouch for their services, their refusal to have me as a client (thought they already have my money for the deal) leaves me with great skepticism. Theft is pretty unprofessional in my book.

Let me start by saying if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Dr. Charlot and her staff, particularly Marianne, are an absolute godsend! I’ve spent quite a while living with embarrassing toenails and thanks to them, I am now actively growing in strong, healthy looking nails! Because of how unsightly my nails had been for so long (and also due to a very unfortunate event that took place while wearing sandals out to go dancing on my birthday where one of my big toenails was severely injured), it took me a while to get up the courage to get them checked out, and I am so, so, so grateful that I did and that I found Dr. Charlot! Her and her staff never made me feel embarrassed or awkward for having let this go for so long. They are so knowledgable and enthusiastic! Thanks to their expertise and gentle hands, my feet are going to be normal again very soon! If you have toenail problems, I can’t recommend Pedicura enough! Do yourself a favor and go see them!!! =)

I went to this place to get laser treatment on my toenails. I’ve never done laser before so didn’t know what to expect. Went yesterday and had a great experience. So great, i feel the need to Unilocal.First, let me say that the office was probably the nicest one I’ve been to. The staff was courteous and professional. I was also seen early for my appointment. The doctor is really nice, spent a long time talking to me about what I wanted. She took her time to listen to my concern (will it hurt? Will it damage my nail? — yes, I’m a bit paranoid about certain things) in any case, she was very attentive and professional. My toe nails do look better and I got a great pedi as a plus. The service was affordable and well worth it.
