Palacio’s Flower Design

I’ve been frequenting this flower shop for the past 2 years. I usually pick up one of their prearranged fresh cut assortments. The prearranged assortments generally range from $ 10-​$ 20. The service has always been incredibly friendly and knowledgable. There are other types of seasonal offerings as well such as poinsettias, Easter plants etc. There is also always a decent selection of roses. On my most recent visit the shop was kind of bare and there were no fresh cut flower arrangements ready for purchase; however, the man working at the time made one for me right on the spot.
I’m so happy this place is in the neighborhood.

Worst experience with a flower shop ever. I ordered flowers through
, and they were supposed to be delivered by Palacios Flower Design.
They were ordered a week before Valentines day, and I paid extra for shipping and handling to. make sure they would arrive ON valentines day. Received a confirmation with the correct delovery date, but the flowers were delivered a day late… meanknh I was high and dry for valentines day.
When the flowers arrived at my door the following day, half of the boquet was dead, and they were not in the «upgraded» vase that I paid extra for. They looked like an 8 year old had put them together.
I refused to accept the order, and I plan on calling FTD to let them know about the horrible quality of their vendor and make sure I get my money back. They are only getting one star because I cant post less… otherwise they would be getting no stars
