Awesome church. Both upper and lower church are perfect. The priests are very caring and helpful. Mass is spoken in a few different languages. Parking is not a problem. The school is great and when they attend church on the first Fridays they are well behaved and respectful. Check out this great church.

Its phenomenal. You can be awed and humbled simply by strolling around the outside of this thing. Certainly the grandest; most gorgeous building in the entire borough of Brooklyn. Our whole borough, in general, looks like a garbage dumpster; mean and venal and petty and spiteful. Living here day-​to-​day, you can often forget how this wears on your soul. Bodegas and tire shops and nail salons and 99 cent stores – you forget what a true, valid, inspired piece of architecture is all about. This church reminds you of what it is to feel uplifted and encouraged and hopeful. Its a treasure.

This is one of the biggest, most beautiful Churches in Brooklyn. I used to go here alot when my relatives lived a couple of blocks away.
You can get spanish and now chinese services here. I passed by today and they were putting up the Christmas tree, If you are in the area pass by and take in the wonders. Go inside and see even more beauty.

Nice looking church but it doesnt help the quality of people running it inside. When my wife and I were absolutely down and out looking for a food drive or soup kitchen this place said they did not do such things! I really hope they have changed since then. This was the last straw with me and my former catholic self.

I concur with Jennifer S.’ review of the church. Sitting atop a hill, one can view the church from the Belt Parkway. The Catholic Diocese put a lot into the design of this church. Both inside and outside are intricately decorated. This church has one of the longest aisles in all of Brooklyn. There is also a community center and elementary school associated with it.
