Nine West Outlet

I’ve been here at least twice, and to describe both occasions, their customer service was inconsistent and poor. This most recent experience, I walk into the store and not one person greeted me, even though a sales rep was right near the door. The door also makes a ringing sound every time someone leaves or enters, so there shouldn’t be any excuse for not acknowledging me.
No greeting? Okay. I still wanted a pair of shoes, which is why I was there in the first place. So I start looking around, and once I found a pair I liked, I couldn’t find my size, so I started to look for an employee. But the two that were working were nowhere to be found. They were both in the stockroom. When one finally came back out to the sales floor, she gave another customer a pair of shoes, and when I tried to get her attention, she ignored me and kept having a non-​shoe related convo with the customer. At this point, I felt completely turned off to shopping in the store, even though I really wanted those shoes.
I’d rather shop online and don’t plan on returning to this store.

What a huge parking lot in this shopping plaza with just a few stores!
2 s for nice shoes and the nice sale I saw advertised! Too bad staff didn’t have the courtesy our smarts to tell me about it themselves and slightly nudge me into buying a pair.
This outlet branch had more staff than customers on a Thursday at 6:55pm. It’s a small store and everyone was super polite as we walked in. The mature security office has a nice demeanor.
They leave you to look around without the harassing (I work on commissions) behavior a lot of sales associates display which I like, but there must be a balance. No one came to my assistance even though I held a boot in my hand for a few minutes.
They couldn’t be bothered to ease themselves away from their chat so I couldn’t be bothered to disturb them.

If you wear this brand, this is the place to shop. Lots of free parking and choices of shoes. Most people shop at the KingsPlaza 9 West so you can come here and get your shoes without a crowd. The staff is eager to help and the selection is fashionable. Choose from flats, boots, sandles, heels and really nice shoes! They also sell leather handbags, cosmetic bags, totes, which make super gifts.

I feel like a lot of outlets are hit/​miss. Just like any discount store. Nine West Outlet is no different.
This location is crowded {on the weekends} & totally unorganized.
But the staff tried their best to assist me in finding the size I was looking for.
The selection is pretty large and the prices are kinda awesome so I guess that makes up for the fact that I didn’t walk away with anything this time. I’ll be back, I have faith I’ll find a fantastic pair of shoes there.
If you visit make sure you (a) wear shoes you can easily slip on/​off so you can try on quickly and move on and (b) bring along an extra dose of patience.
