Horrible and disrespectful customer service. I sent my Mom in to pick up my laundry for me with the ticket. First they tried to convince her that someone else had already picked it up. Then upon realizing whose laundry it was (I marked up my bag) they proceeded to call me «the big fat guy.» I will never step foot in that place again. Disrespecting your customers is not very good for business!
Their folding is horrible anyway. It always looked like three different people worked on my load, each with a completely different method.

I was scrambling on a Sunday morning to find someone to pick up my laundry right away and have it done before work the next day. Every where else I called would have had me waiting around all day because the pick up range was so long and couldn’t get it back to me in time. When I called New Utrecht they came to pick it up 10 minutes later. My laundry was delivered early the next morning so I could make it to work and was only 16 dollars including the quilt I had sent along. It doesn’t get any better than that.
