Unprofessional. Called them early morning and told them not to honk because it was early and people were still sleeping. They came quickly, but they honked when they were downstairs. So I didn’t think it was the car I ordered. they aggressively honked for 10 minutes. I called the company and they said that was my car. I specifically told them not to honk and even gave them my cell number to call when they were downstairs. They honked anyway.

I can only write my review based on this… I need to take the LIRR so my husband can have the car. My go-to cab Co has nothing but busy signals. So I Google and find New Ridgewood right on Gates Ave! Awesome! The dispatcher says 7 min… More awesome! Ok 20 min later NOCAR and the phone # is busy! Now my husband has to drive me and we are both going to be late to work! Never again will I call them.

Imagine you’re running late on a stupidly snowy weekday morning and you need to get to the airport. THEN imagine you’ve called like 10 car services and are getting a busy signal from everyone. Oh, cool! Let’s have an aneurysm as we consider how much we are so going to miss this flight. THEN imagine you call THIS car service and the dude says 7 minutes and about 10 minutes later the car shows up and now I’m writing this from the airport at my destination. ALSO They tell you the price and don’t try to do weird sketchy things to magically change the price. That’s a bonus. tl;dr = totally decent car service that probably won’t scam you

Two more early morning rides and still no issues! Very kind and courteous drivers — one lady who drove me didn’t have the best English skills, but there were no communication issues when it came to dropping the address on GPS. So far, the most reliable car service I’ve found in Bushwick.

Worst company I’ve ever ridden with. Called for a ride and it showed fast. Cab driver got me and my girlfriend home fairly quickly. So why is it a bad company? Well we were given a price on the phone and the driver tried charging more. So I called the company back and put the dispatcher on speaker. First they getting to talk in Spanish. Then the driver curses me out and tries to hit me as I get out. I’ll be calling the TLC and BBB.

I absolutely had to give em 5 stars. My parents were coming into New York on an international flight and for some unforeseen reason I had to go to Maryland. I was so concerned as to how they are gonna get home. I called these guys as soon as my parents got out of the plane and they were right on time. So much so that the guy literally said«don’t worry about your parents. I’ll get em home safe.» Don’t have words to describe how great that felt. My parents and I were more than satisfied with their service!

Worst car service ever! I have now called them twice thinking I would give them a second chance. When I cal, the dispatcher will say 5 minutes. After having to call back 3 times and 25 minutes later I have still waited an additional 10 minutes for a car. Unfortunately it is hard to flag a cab in the area. I will not be using them again.

They are pretty good for car services. I am always able to get a car whether I walk to the base directly or call for pick up. The drivers generally know how to get places. A few times I ended up with a driver with limited English so I got to get my espanol on. My broken spanish is pretty funny but I can get where I need to go and direct the driver of needed. They’re located close to the subway so it’s a good location if you want to jump into a cab instead of a bus ride. All in all a good service. I would recommend them.
