Unbelievably bad customer service. They often do not pick up the phone during business hours. The receptionist tries to help and do things, when what you really need is an agent, and instead she has wasted 15 minutes of your time first. Not helpful. Have time and time again messed up the insurance for the car we purchased over a year ago. We were actually made to wait at the dealership for over 2 hours for the paperwork to be sent over, even though they were given advance notice. Various people there have been condescending and nasty to us, accusing us of screwing up the paperwork. It took 3 tries to fix something simple as they had copied the VIN wrong. They will be losing our business.

I called for a quote recently. Had to call back twice to get an answer even though I was promised that he’d call me back «right away.» I was told two different quotes, since the agent made a mistake. He told me he would fill out my paperwork so it’d be ready when I came in. When I stopped by office later next week, my claim was not in the system. The entire experience was extremely awkward and the agent did not seem like he knew what he was doing. I couldn’t get out of there soon enough. I would not trust this office.
