Olga was great– I asked for a deep conditioner and a blow out with a trim… I looked 100% better after leaving the Salon and she didn’t kill my hair with heat. Will be going back for my basic blow outs and wash!

I was a little taken aback when I called and asked how much a wash N set would cost and the response was«I need to see your hair first.» It appears that she charges by hair length and severity of damage. There is a price list but I didn’t look at it. Olga, the manager, did my hair. I had a wash, set, and blowout for $ 35. She charged me an extra $ 3 for using a steam dryer for my(own) deep conditioner. Olga did an excellent job reviving my dry, dull, lackluster hair. I left with bouncy soft tousled curls. I plan to go there again! The salon is open everyday. Mon– Friday from 9AM — 6:30PM Saturday from 8AM-6:30PM Sunday from 9AM –3PM. Olga said its very busy on Sunday mornings.

She did an amazing job on my weave! It’s fully restored and was willing to take me after 6pm which was much needed. For 35.00 my hair was washed, roller set and flat ironed! I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been to other Dominican salons in Bedstuy and I have to say Asalangi/Asalange laced my hair. I got the Dominican blowout not a wash and set. She is by far the best Dominican hairstylist I ever had. Not only was she a great stylist but she made me feel comfortable and she was very attentive. I keep my hair naturally coiled/curly most days but when I want that silky straightened hair I know I can depend on Asalangi/Asalange to deliver. My hair is still straightened a whole week later. I went to this salon based on the other two reviews(thanks btw). I initially asked for Olga but she wasn’t available. For those who want a Dominican blowout ask for Asalangi/Asalange, you won’t be disappointed. Oh I forgot to mention, for those of us who are accustomed to going to the Dominican salons, we are a little fearful asking for our ends to be clipped… lmao Dominicans don’t clip hair, they chop hair. Asalangi/Asalange did a great job, she actually clipped the ends. My hair looks beautiful and healthy.

Bright and clean. The right place for your Dominican doobie. They use quality shampoos and conditioners. Staff is pleasant. I bring my own perm because I only use one brand. They offer quality products for treatments and conditioning. Tuesdays are less expensive.
