Great food. Mr. Huang is very accommodating and friendly. Never have had any problems ordering and delivery.

I listened to the previous Unilocaler and ordered myself an order of crab meat rangoon for delivery, along with some lunch specials and apple sticks. The delivery was fast and the guy was very polite. However, the food can be better. You can definitely tell they need an oil change in the deep fryer, because everything that was fried came out very burnt and way too crispy. I always think the crab rangoon should be wrapped using the thin wonton skin, instead of the thick regular wonton skin. So honestly, the crab rangoon wasn’t impressive at all, the cream cheese filling was way too plain. The brown sauce, the staple of any chinese restaurant, in which most dishes are based upon, is very bland. I do like the texture of the broccoli, I think it came out just right, and it wasn’t too oily.

Since the closure of Xiang Garden, Ming Hing is one of the only Americanized Chinese fast food restaurants within maybe a mile or 2 on Ave P. While the prices are in line with other Chinese take out spots, it’s consistency is a bit off. Sometimes the food is really good, and other times it’s just average. I find that when I call for delivery, the man who answers is usually nicer than the woman. They’re also insanely quick with delivery — they once got to my house in under 13 minutes! P. S. Sam is amazing. If the woman is giving you a hard time, just ask for Sam, he speaks great English and is very accommodating.

Your average Chinese food restaurant. I went in there today ordering one of my favorite dishes: sesame chicken ! It was well prepared and delicious. The place isn’t that big with limited space but I never seemed to struggle with the space. What I had trouble with is the delivery system in the past. The people who deliver the food are found to be rude and mean at times. They give you attitude and shout out that they want a tip in front of you(while you are counting the money to double check). I don’t think that was necessary because I always give a tip you don’t have to remind me. Either than that the place is average and not worth checking out if you live far away. It is only a good near-by fast food chain.

Hungry. Broke. Lunch Special at Ming Hing. Tons of General Tso Chicken, plenty of pork fried rice and a can of coke. Only $ 5! Word. p. s. the previous reviewer that gave this place 2 stars because the lady had a strong Chinese accent… um…dude…its a god damn Chinese restaurant! Get over it!

the food is average, about the same as any other Chinese fast food restaurant with average prices but i have a problem with the woman behind the counter. i ordered $ 10 of food and asked for my free soda.($ 10 supposedly gives me a soda) and the woman started yelling at me in her Chinese dialect! i couldn’t understand so i couldn’t even argue back UGH!

For an average Chinese take-out, this place does quite well with their Singapore Mei Fun(Curry rice vermicelli). It’s never mushy and always full of flavor. Sure, they’re one of the few take-outs that serve this area of Brooklyn, but by my accounts, one of the trusted. Good fried chicken as well.
