This has to be the worst furniture store there is! My parents wanted to buy me a good quality crib and dresser for my newborn baby and came across this store. They had what seemed to be a pleasant visit and fell in love with a crib and dresser and made a purchase immediately. We should have known by the first incident to cancel the order but decided to give them a try. They called us about 2 days later saying the dresser we picked out was not in stock but there was one similar for the same price and can be ordered today. My mom not knowing any better agreed not even seeing what it looked like but gave the salesman benefit of the doubt. They told my parents they would have both items delivered in a week. We called a week later to find out the status and what’s going on that we haven’t heard from them. They told us they would call back in 15 minutes, hours later no word. We called back no answer. We tried about 5 times and no one picked up. We then called from a different cell phone and guess what they picked up the phone. Obviously they screen there calls. They explained they are busy and don’t know when the shipment will be coming to my home and they would call back with a status. What kind of business is this? For about another week we had the same run around then finally they told us they would be delivering our furniture on Monday. Me and my husband took off of work and waited and not a call or delivery happened we call about 3pm they said they had another delivery going around the same area the following day and were just going to do both in one day. Umm a call to tell us that would have been nice. People work and have lives and can’t be taking off everyday to wait for a damn delivery that is probably never going to happen! As soon as this happened I told my father to cancel the order. We tried calling dozens of times to speak to the manager no luck. We ended up having to call the credit card company and let them know the situation on how this store and salesmen are all scam artist. Thank goodness there wasn’t an issue there. The credit card company ended up calling about a week later saying all was good BUT the company is charging the card for 2 delivery attempts($ 100. Each trip) they made. Which was all a lie. They never tried to deliver anything! They were just trying to get some kind of money out of my parents. This store needs to be shut down. I suggest no one to shop there.

AVOIDTHISBUSINESS. 1 star is an overstatement. I placed my order on Oct 1 for an item that they indicated as «in stock». Almost 3 weeks later, no shipment and no replies to my emails or voice messages. I could have ordered from someone else.

My wife and I found the crib and dresser we had been looking for at a much better price at «The Mega Baby»(online retail store). After speaking with several sales associates over the course of 3 days we were finally given a price with shipping, 110% higher than what was listed on their website. The associate claimed she must have given the website hosting company«her» cost not the retail cost. Needless to say she didn’t chose to honor what was listed online.

This is horrible, my first time ever experiencing this on online shopping. I don’t know how the actual store looks like, only speak for my online shopping experience with them. I wanted a Boon High Chair for my nephew, and googled for the best price. Turned out Mega Babies online store gave me best price and with free shipping and no tax. I placed my order, waited for a week, only confirmation email i got is from paypal because I used paypal to pay for it. Went on a vacation for a week, it didn’t come, waited another 2 weeks, it still didn’t come, so i decided to contact them. I called them, I called them used work number, they said their computer was down that day, and they’ll call me back, they said they know my number because it showed up on the called ID. But they never call me back, so the next day I called back again, they said for some reason my order didn’t ship out, so they would ship it right away and gave me a Fedex tracking number. For the next whole week, I been trying to track the order using the tracking number provide, but it looked like the tracking number wasn’t valid. So I called back again, and they said they’ll do more research on it and call me back.(by the way, they only have one person answering the call). They never call me back, so I called back again, and he said they r shipping it and will email me the tracking number, I waited for a few days and didn’t receive any email from them, so I tried to contact them again, but they didn’t answer my call after that. So I decided to file a dispute on paypal, the merchant never reply paypal either, so I had to dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. As of today, after 7 weeks, I still didn’t receive my order or being contact by the company regarding my order. Terrible.

I have been trying for a week to get through to someone at the store. i have left 3 voicemails and sent 2 e-mails and no one is bothering to reply!!! i havent bought anything yet, i just had some questions about a product but i think i have decided against it now, if this is the customer service i receive when im trying to purchase an item, i can only imagine how bad the customer service will be once they have my money, if my item ever shows up(according to the other reviewer it may never arrive!) so sorry megababies you just lost a customer!!!
