Liberty Hearing Centers

I was referred to Liberty Hearing Center by the prestigious Audigy Group, a certification agency for hearing centers on the West coast, so I trusted the referral. And they (AG) were spot on! I was greeted by not only a fresh cup of K-​cup brewed coffee but also by two highly professional and credentialed young men who understood my hearing deficiency, were sympathetic to my problem/​s and were invested in «Customer Service.» They seemed to understand that, for me at least, treatment was equally as important as follow-​up, i.e., follow up with insurance carriers, alleviating me of that burden. Their «bedside» manner, if that’s the correct term here, was engaging and I left, not only with improvements, to my hearing aids, but feeling I could go forward in developing a professional relationship with them.

helped me to choose the right hearing Aid. He took his time and try to understand my personal hearing. He adjusted them for me twice he is very professional and very nice.
