Boyfriend uses wash and fold service, he likes it(though I’m really starting to question his sanity on this point) but of the 3 loads of stuff I’ve had done here, none of them were okay. Two ruined bras, one shirt that was light purple now has a large dark stain around the shoulder, and the last load I’m about to go redo because it all came back somehow… Sticky. And yes, I checked pockets and everything before things were sent. Also, if shirts go into the laundry inside out, they’re folded inside out.

i been using this laundry for year, drop off, self service and dry cleaning, never had any problems. when i drop off my laundry in the morning its always ready by 6 pm even on weekends and i never had any thing missing only if a sock or something but i get missing socks even when i do my own laundry))dry cleaning is fast usually takes one day. i used to did my dry cleaning in park slope, prices were to high compering to this place. they dont have an atm its across the street. credit card minimum is 15 $ but if owner is there he’s going to let you pay under the minimum if u got no cash. i tried most laundromat in the area i think for now this place is the one for me)))

This is my go-to laundromat. Not because they’re particularly great(they’re not) or because they’re very friendly(which they are) but because it’s the only drop-off nearby my house. Often times my laundry will be returned to me with holes, and often times I am missing socks or have other peoples clothes mixed in with mine(so far I have«come up» on some dress socks, womens leggings [size XS?], and young girl’s shorts) I am thinking of opening a side business peddling all these extra clothes I have acquired. At any rate, I don’t think I will stop going here, for no reason other than convenience, although it terrifies me that if I am getting all these clothes from other people, who out there is rocking my dress shirts /pants, jeans, shirts, etc? Sunset Park isn’t that big. If I see you, I will disrobe you in public, don’t test me, yo’, Because that’s how I roll. Sidenote: If anyone wants to buy a pair of «cosmic» XS leggings please stop by my pop-up. I wore them once, but not really my color.

Dropped off my quilt, which I had washed before there, and they had also washed it before. It came back bleached out. The leaves that were embroidered are now yellow, they used to be green. The flowers are gray, they used to be blue. EDIT: Manager initially wanted me to bring the quilt back in so he could see it, but then he later called back to say he had spoken with the girl who had washed it and she confirmed she had used bleach and that no, I hadn’t asked for bleach… full refund and discount on future services. Thank you!

This review is for their drop-off service. It’s inexpensive($.80/lb) and quick: a drop off in the morning is almost always ready by late afternoon. They’ve never messed up our clothes, but they’ve definitely washed some non-machine wash stuff that we accidentally put in the bag, so watch out for that.

Inexpensive laundry mat. $ 2 for normal loads(filled hamper) and the wash runs for 35 minutes. $ 3.75 for ginourmous loads. Dryers are huge and cost $.25 for seven minutes of drying time. There’s about two dozen washers and a dozen dryers. Carts and baskets are provided for your use along with folding tables. The staff’s first language is Spanish, but speak fluent English and are helpful. There’s tv’s tuned to Spanish channels and a few chairs by the entrance. You can buy detergent and dryer sheets, but it’s pricy. Bring your own. If it’s winter, dress warm as it’s cold by the door. Fyi this place is no frills, but who cares? You’re here to do laundry.

It’s never clean there’s a few machines n they have like 3 broken !!! So what are we suppost to use. The dryers are horrible u have to add so many quarters to dry. I don’t recommend at all, they don’t clean the dryer lint, it’s really nasty in there.

Showed up at 8:30, at their ‘last load’ time(they close at 10). Wasn’t allowed to use their machines. I’ve come before at around 8:36, and cannot recall ever being the last person to leave. Usually there are two or so people there when I’m leaving with my dried clothes. The service is fine otherwise, but I would go somewhere where they would be a little more forgiving, especially for those of us who work unusual hours and can’t easily access laundromats during regular hours. I want to support my local mom&pop, but they just are giving me reasons to hate them.

Between 3 and 4 stars if I could. The laundromat is relatively clean and doing your own wash is very cheap! The small machines are only about $ 1.75 and there are large and medium ones for $ 3.00 and $ 4.00 respectively. Their take out laundry service seems really expensive, even though I never use take out laundry I’m pretty sure 75 cents a pound is a bad price by Brooklyn standards. They also offer drycleaning(but not tailoring), which seems to be reasonably priced. The other thing that bothers me about this place is that there are VERY few washers. Only a couple medium and larges(like 2 – 3) and the rest are the small ones. People will use 4 washers at a time separating clothes or whatever, which sucks for everyone else. They have an ok amount of driers. Don’t go on the weekend or you can expect to wait for a machine and deal with all the annoying little kids who think its a playground. I’ll probably continue doing my wash here, but never on a weekend again!
