sorry to give this neighborhood shoe store one star– they deserve even less. I was trying to support a local business as many of them are closing in the neighborhood over the years so I went in to buy my slippers.
They sold me half size too big and shouldnt have let me even leave the store that way.
I am nursing an ankle injury and was desperate for slippers with a solid sole and closed heel which they have but didnt fit me properly!
Anyway, after 2 days of trying them on and having my heel fly out of them (which aggravated the heck out of my injury) I finally went back with them for a size exchange (not a refund!) I didnt have the box but did have the receipt. over the phone they said no problem as long as they were not worn. well they were not worn just tried on a few times.
Apparently due to poor craftmanship the material at the top of the ankle had a slight bit of fraying from trying them on and they refused to exchange them. For all I know I could have bought them that way… I never wore them, only tried them on a few times. Very disappointed in this local shoe store and will never go back… I do not recommend them at all

I shopped here to support a local business. With all the businesses closing up left and right and online shoes being available, they do not make and effort to make you want to come back. And no refunds? Have these guys heard of Zappos?
