Stay away if you have a black car! I was told that my car couldn’t be cleaned because it was black. And the cleaning they did was mediocre. The whole bottom of my car, about seven inches high was dirty, and never touched with any brushes. And when I told the people, they just wiped it. Very unprofessional, not very thorough, and unfairly priced. You would think since they charge an extra fee to wash an SUV that they would do a better job. It’s not the customers’ fault that they can’t reach the top lol!

Vaccum job was terrible!!! They emptied our container of windex into their own!!! When I complained about the Vaccuming to the manager, she just said bring it around again and go through the whole process!!! Poor service, over priced, highley reccomend NOT going here ever!!!

I would give them zero stars if I could. They charged extra for SUVs however they don’t clean/​vacuum or do anything to the third row of the suvs. Even if you purchase the $ 30 car wash package. And to top it off they didn’t clean the door handles or vacuumed correctly. This wasn’t a $ 5 car wash which you would expect something like this. This is a $ 30 wash at least clean the door handles the correct way !!! Pictures enclosed. Horrible. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!

This is the worst place you can take your car. It is managed by very rude staff that don’t care about you or your car. Do not go here you will regret it!!!

I’ve been taking my car here for inspections and repairs for a few years; they’re my regular mechanic. There have been times when I’ve taken my car in to get looked at and they’ve told me it didn’t require any repairs or that some things could wait. I’ve never felt pressured by them to have work done or had reason to question their honesty when they did feel repairs were needed.

Everything about this car wash and service center is run like crap. I used to come to the car wash when Mark was the manager he ran a efficient and fast car wash. Now I am on line for 15 min with two cars ahead of me what a joke .
Now they have these Mexican idiots and a mean Indian manager who is also the cashier who’s middle name is bitch. I never come here today I tried again for the last time. The Bova organization is huge but can be making the money it could with this location and it’s current workers. I am shocked the other locations in Brooklyn are run well. I drive in this area all the time and go elsewhere because of the employees and the third world service. You get what you pay for.
Brooklyn deserves better.

I’m not one to complain but my last experience, and I mean my LAST time getting my car washed here, really pissed me off. I told the guy that I want a «deluxe» car wash which is about $ 11. When I got to the register she told me the total was $ 24 and change. Turns out the guy made a mistake and put me down for a «VIP» wash. No big deal right? Mistakes happen right? Apparently not at this car wash. The lady at the register yelled at me and told me that her guys never make mistakes and that it’s too late to change it because my car is already going through… it’s not the $ 10 extra that im upset about, it’s the service. I would never go back there on principle. I go there all the time and she knows me, and that’s how she treats me? She was nasty and I feel like I got scammed. They made a mistake and I had to pay for it. Honestly it is not the best car wash by far, I only go there bc it’s close to my house. There’s one on Coney Island and ave N that does a much better job and treat customers much better. Stay away if you can. They don’t care about their customers!

Brought my car for a wash and one of the guys opened the back window and got the seat and carpets soaked. They rushed another carbon behind mine, it jumped the track and hit my car from the back. I constantly find excess soap that was never washed off and when I find it, it’s dry and left a stain. Go somewhere else.

They were two long lines to get into this car wash. The Moron at the front of the line sent in three extra cars in the left lane that got on line after I and several others in the right lane did. When i asked him why he said «I know what i am doing». (Which is likely taking a payoff.)
When i went to look for the manager, of this band of idiots, she was nowhere to be found. No doubt she was told there was one or more complaining customers so she disappeared. (This Pakistani Witch was involved in directing traffic for a bit)
STAY AWAY! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. LETS STOP SUPPORTING AL-​QUAD A Go somewhere you can at least talk to the manager, and perhaps the front man can count to one and speak a little English,

The service is great, the work is good. They get 2 stars because of their outrageous and exorbitant pricing. I never usually fall victim to it, but this last trip they «broke» my oil plug and charged me twice the going rate to replace it. It was 10 bucks as opposed to 5, but still. Other items on their menu?
— $ 70 windshield wipers they surprised me with once
— $ 25 for wiper fluid
-$ 1,250 for a clutch replacement even when you provide the parts. The guys across the street charge $ 450
-$ 80 to pull a code from your check engine light (AutoZone does it for free)
Come here for an oil change if you need to, but be sure to bring lube if you plan on having any other work done

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE! This used to be a great car wash and my family and I would all wash our cars here. However, something has changed recently and it is NOT the same. I have a new, white car, so obviously the dirt shows. I ran over for a car wash, hoping to clean my filthy car… it might have come through the wash just as dirty as it started. I had to go home and windex my own windows and scrub dirt off of my own car. I was furious. Even more, I also paid for an interior vacuum since hair always gets stuck to all of my seats. All of the hair was STILL there on the seats when the wash was done. What did they vacuum??? My mom had a bad experience too and decided to give it one more try, and the same thing happened again– her back window has come out streaky and hard to see out of. I do not understand how they get away with this, my car was BARELY cleaned. I will not be coming here ever again.

They’re all right. I’ve gotten inspections and oil changes here. Can’t complain, but won’t rave about them either. The attached car wash absolutely SUCKS! You get a free wash with oil change, and it still ain’t worth it.

Good service. Good repairs. Good mechanics. Usually takes my car in right away. Fair pricing.
They don’t squeeze or pressure you to do unnecessary work on your car.
I needed brake pads. The manager Dave offered me 2 break pad options.
Since my leased car is due to be returned soon I opted for the less expensive pads and Dave agreed.
They offer a free car wash with most service done.
The waiting room is clean and well lit.
