This place is ALMOST like Wendy’s on 86th street(NOTASDIRTY). Horrible service, orders are almost always wrong, everyone is playing on their cell phones instead of tending to customers and they blast crappy music all the time. I feel sorry for the manager having to deal with the disrespectful kids that work there.

Easily the worst kfc in Brooklyn. Never has a friendly staff(I don’t think I’ve ever heard a thank you or seen a smile in there), rarely are the orders right(almost always missing something from the order), and they always look miserable. Only positive is that they have a parking lot.

Dear Colonel Sanders, I am writing to you about the bait and switch operation you seem to have sold your soul for. The KFC in my neighborhood is every bit as deplorable as the mid-west cesspool it is named after. Your website announces you make the world’s best chicken-by deep frying it of course, which made me go, «WTF?!», but since it said a bucket free with every bucket meal, I said, «Why not?!». It’s o. k to eat fried chicken once every 6 months, that way, the odds of me experiencing crappy customer service is pretty low, right? Wrong! I showed your staff the ad on my iPhone but they wouldn’t even look at it, because apparently, if you look, you lose! Today being a lazy Sunday, I had time to waste and I called up your customer service to see whats up. After the customary«I’m sorry you’re experiencing… blah. blah…» script and a short survey, yes a f***ing survey, I’m told you have a don’t ask, don’t tell policy regarding the advertised free bucket meal. So Colonel, as you can see, your operation has hit a nadir as is evidenced by my letter and other numerous one star reviews on Unilocal. So, please go f*&k yourself. I spent my $ 20 at popeyes. Sincerely, Your ex-bi-annual patron.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I am writing this 90 minutes after eating there and 5 minutes after vomiting my 2 piece meal into the street. I regret not listening to my instincts when I walked in to grab a quick bite, and there wash trash and garbage all over the place. I can only assume that do as good a job cleaning the kitchen because they have definitely poisoned me. I am not only writing this review but I am going to file a report with the health department and there corporate office. I can not stress how violently ill I have become after eating their roughly 2 hours ago. This place should be shut down before they kill someone.

Worst isn’t fair to others KFC this place is at the bottom of every category. It’s not fast first. Very slow and disorganized and extremely expensive.

THEWORSTKFCIVEEVERBEENTO! Horrible customer service. Food was cold. They direct you to the Dunkin Donuts to use their bathroom. They have no people skills whatsoever. The kid picking up the trash and sweeping with tattoos on his neck is rude and racist as all hell. I hope this place gets closed down and a Popeyes opens instead. PS I’m upset I have to give this place 1 star

I love fried chicken, and there aren’t many places to get really good fried chicken in bay ridge. Kfc is deffinently not one of those places. Try tasty chicken on 86st and 17th ave you’ll pay more but you’ll know why. By the way KFC has great Cole slaw but that it!!!

I went to KFC& parked in the lot, got food to take home. I went outside in front of KFC to make a phone call & within 3 minutes of standing outside their location my car was on the tow trucks hitch being towed away. I spoke to the tow truck«spotter who sits in the lot waiting for some poor soul to park in their car and walk out of the lot and before you know it your car is being towed away within minutes. If you speak to the guy who sits in the lot«Chris» he extorts you by asking for $ 70 to drop your car, if you dont have the cash he proceeds to tell the driver to tow away your car in which case you end up paying $ 140. This is a horrible way to do business and is causing them to lose customers & at the same time creating a terrible reputation within the Bay Ridge community. Don’t let your car out of site when parking in their lot. DON’T EATHEREANDDON’T GIVETHEMYOURBUSINESS.

Its fast food yes and really not healthy but I was on the run last Tuesday and coming home in the rain needed a quick bite. Oh nostalgia will get me every time. My grandma used to lived right down the block next to to the fire house God rest her soul. So this bought me back the good old days when this might have been one of the first KFC in Brooklyn. When eating KFC was a treat and not a given, before fast food was a household staple. Well ordered more than I could eat a 4 piece with 2 sides. It was alright, guess the extra star was for grand ma, cause this chicken ain’t the same.

The service here sucks. Every time I go here, they always forget something in my order. Happened at least 5 times already, but I always check before I Ieave now. My last visit, I told her I wanted drum sticks, she starts mumbling to herself and could tell she’s displeased. Lazy incompetent manager won’t accept any coupons too, neither does she give sauce, really? Get over yourself. She likes to give dirty looks too, I’ll take my biz to Popeyes.

As a native of Louisville, I am very picky about my KFC. The food here isn’t any better than it is at other locations, but the service is. I’ve been in 5 or 6 times, usually around dinnertime, and even when it’s super busy and the line is slow, the girls behind the counter have never been anything but sweet and friendly. Most fast food joints seem to require their employees to hate their jobs and their customers, but here, even if they’re not crazy about their jobs, every employee I’ve encountered has put a smile on my face.

Twice I tried to order the double down and twice I was given something called the doublicious! WTF? I don’t care if you, the person taking my order, didn’t make it(again), just give me what I paid for and without the free side of attitude, thank you. As far as the actual place, it is tiny — no more than 5 people can be in line to order or you feel like you’re on an express train to Manhattan during rush hour.

I used to come here with my dad when i was younger. I went today as i waited for my car to be serviced at the mechanic and things have not changed a bit. Still a small dingy place inside, old seats and tables like i remembered. The real reason to go to KFC is for the mashed potatos and gravy which is amazing! The potato wedges are also good. One thing they do not sell anymore is the«twister» wrap which used to be amazing. Don’t ask to too many condiments like honey mustard or you wlll get«the look» That policy hasn’t changed for years at this palce. My dad got into a fight with the manager years ago because they wouldn’t let him pay for extra condiments as part of a large order, the rule still applies and you only get one for each item. Booo

Who can complain about the good Colonel’s chicken? But the double-down, well, that’s a different story. Apart from being fugly, the Double-down is a total letdown. There is too much chicken, the sauce is bland, finding the bacon requires a microscope, and somehow, despite the weakness of these ingredients, the cheese is somehow lost. They don’t even melt the cheese. What a great idea(I refuse to see it as a hyped up cordon bleu) but what a sad day when i tried it.

This place is ok. It’s good for a once in while brainless meal. I MUSTKNOW what they are feeding to suburbanites and many times this is the only way I can keep my finger on the pulse of that demographic. Plus, their mashed potatoes are a treat, even if it does just serve to piss my wife off, as I steal hers, after I’ve scarfed down my own. :) Really, the place can be a pain. If the line has more than 3 or 4 people in it, I don’t even go inside. The food pops out relatively quickly, as you stand in the bullpen area. The quality is always decent.(nothing horrific ever found) The tables in this place have heavy metal chairs that are difficult to move, and grate on the tile floor. Sometimes the temperature inside can be either too hot or too cold. Depending on the season, on any given day, walking in and out of this place you might feel like a charcoal-popsicle. Sometimes there are small groups of bratty kids in here, and/or the family with the uncontrollable children. Oh…and there’s no bathroom at this location. If you have a car, maybe it’s just better to either go thru the drive thru, or just eat in the car. :) I like this place for it’s convenience and reasonable quality. PLUS…BONUS… There are like 3 or 4 site locations from Saturday Night Fever, only STEPS from this place. Heck, that’s gotta be worth sumthin?! :)

Alright I’ll admit it. Every once in awhile I’ll get a craving for greasy fried chicken. But this place is just too gross even for me. You can smell the frying grease a block away. This place is so small that the parking lot, is almost as big as the building itself. So it’s usually easier to just get it to go. Service and food is pretty typical for a fast food joint.
