Attended a MJ Halloween Party at Kai Studios. Really great space, bars AND friendly staff. Left my wallet and they went out of their way to return it. o0 Yep, that still happens here in NYC :)

HOWARD BEACH, NY
This little hide-​away was an awesome surprise. Celebrated a high school reunion there and the ambiance was amazing. Due to the white drapes hanging, whether your affair occurs at day or night, the lighting is awesome! The staff was very attentive, the space is well laid out and the sound system was awesome! The only drawback is parking in that area and it did get a bit warm in there once the dancing began. All in all, I would highly recommend this venue!

Hidden gem in Brooklyn! You would never believe what is in the inside from looking at the outside. The owner transformed this space into a fairytale. Great for big affairs, but the air-​conditioning needs help. Overall, I had a grand time and would recommend this venue for a fall or spring event.

I just attended an event held at this space:
PROS: Non-​descript from the outside, but absolutely beautiful inside. Walls are painted white so that any décor for your event will blend in nicely. Venue is conveniently assessible by NYC Transit (B65, 48 and 49 buses as well as A/​C and Franklin Avenue Shuttle trains). Sound system is great. Attentive staff.
CONS: No valet parking/​street parking only (on a block that has a lot of commercial driveways, there’s very few spots on the block to park). It gets VERY warm fast in this space so at times, it will seem much cooler outside than it does inside.
All in all, I would definitely hold an event here.
