I’ve been methodically testing pizza in Bay Ridge since I moved here eight months ago. Nothing has quite measured up to my standards for New York pizza. Until Julie’s. Toothsome crust. Good cheese ratio. And the sauce, which is truly remarkable & well balanced. Perfection. Passed the slice test with flying colors. Next test? Home delivery of a full pie (free, with a $ 10 minimum order).
