John & Company were the saving grace in a dispute with our developer. John runs a reputable shop that stands behind their work long after the project is over. His team did a stellar job re-​waterproofing our entire six story condo — it’s been over two years and not a drop of water has entered the building.
I write this now because we had a slight issue with the building settling that caused a drip edge to come lose, John immediately came by and put someone on alert to address the minor issue.
